This is my second purchase of this hairdryer, and though I love the performance, they don't last long. While my first one lasted almost a year and a half, my recent purchase died in fewer than 3 months. So, it performs great and is super lightweight if you don't mind the cost of replacing it frequently. Update: I contacted the manufacturer directly, and they sent me a new hairdryer, as it was covered under warranty. I appreciated their quick and helpful response.

My expensive salon style hair dryer recently broke, and I did not want to spend a ton of $ to replace it, so I purchased this! The color sold me, but I am really impressed! My hair is dry within minutes! It's super light- weight compared to my old salon style dryer, and it's really pretty! I also LOVE that the concentrator and diffuser attachments don't easily fall off! That's a real bonus because that happens so often on other dryers! The hot setting is hot, but not burning hot like other dryers! I never smell burning hair when I straighten my hair! Obviously, that's very important to note. I would definitely buy this again!

It stopped working after 6 months. I contacted product support and it was still under warranty so they sent me a new one. Very happy because it's a great blow dryer. Dries hair really fast!

The hair dryer works as expected. It's essentially the same as the one had before that was silver; I had the other one about 5 years. My hair is fine, so it may work differently on thick hair. I use the diffuser and it works well. There is no light below the high-off-low button, but it makes no difference to me. It may be more lightweight than the previous one. I didn't compare them side by side before the other one was tossed. It fits fine in my hand; the bumps on the back of the handle probably add to it not slipping from my grip. The back panel over the fan sometimes pops open but it does not affect my ability to operate the hair dryer. The cord is shorter than the other one. This does not bother me since the outlet I use is so close. I actually appreciate the shorter cord because it's less likely to get tangled.
