I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on your platform. I received a faulty product, which includes the following issues: Touch screen not working Touchpad completely non-functional Frequent system hangs The condition raises serious doubts about whether this is a new product, as advertised. To make matters worse, despite returning the product or raising a complaint, my refund is still pending, effectively holding my money without justification. This feels like a scam — selling defective products and delaying rightful refunds. This is unacceptable from a platform of Amazon’s reputation. I request immediate action: Full refund without further delay An explanation of how such defective products are allowed to be shipped If this is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to escalate this issue further, including consumer forums, social media, and legal recourse if necessary. Expecting your urgent response.

I would like to have given a 5 star rating. But.... When I did start up my new laptop and got everything situated, I was very pleased, and no problems with my Dell Inspiron 15 3530 laptop. However, when I successfully installed the Lifetime Microsoft Office 2024 - another reason I purchased this - and then input the Key that was included on an instruction sheet after opening the Microsoft Word program, I was denied access. I received an error message telling me that my Key to access and validate the Lifetime offer for Microsoft Office was not accepted. I sent two separate messages to the seller a week apart. It's been two weeks as I write this, and have not received a response on how to proceed or fix the fact that I do not actually have the Lifetime Microsoft Office 2024 as was advertised to go with my laptop. Very, very disappointed.
