This is a nice moisturizer. It goes on easily and soaks right in with no sticky residue. Skin feels cool and soft and accepts makeup after use.

Note: in the product description above, it says that this has SPF. That is INCORRECT. This is a fabulous moisturizer, but it does NOT have SPF in it! Kind of important info to get right, Amazon! Ugh. Anyway.. My favorite thing. Seriously. Not chocolate, or bubble baths, or diamond jewelry. This. This is the decadent feeling self care thing I want to do all the time, for ALL time. I want this on my face 24/7. My whole body, If I could, honestly (I could, I guess, but it'd get expensive lol). I was one of those people who thought they didn't need to moisturize their face. But I started realizing my skin looked dull and haggard. I'm almost 40 and have 3 young kids. It's been a very stressful year. All the experts keep saying it's a good idea, so...I found a lot of lists of "Great Face/Skin Products" by dermatologists featured this. I was nervous to try because I'm extremely picky about textures. I can't stand most lotions. But the descriptions people gave kept pointing out it isn't greasy or sticky. So I gave it a go, they were right, and now I'm obsessed with it. It absorbs completely within a couple minutes. No weird texture left behind. Only the most clean, enjoyable scent lingers. My skin also looks 10 years younger and I've only used it about 2 weeks. Can't guarantee it will do that for everyone (everyone's skin needs are going to be different). But if I've learned anything from this it's that everyone does need to moisturize, even if just a bit. And it likely can't hurt since this doesn't clog pores or make your skin oily. Plus it smells SO GOOD. Kind of like a "clean" scent, with just a touch of the lightest jasmine undernote. Somehow, it feels super refreshing and relaxing at the same time. I really hope they never discontinue it or change it because I want to use this for the rest of my freakin' days lol

I’ve been using this moisturizer for a few months now, and it really does hydrate the skin well. I had stopped doing skincare for a while, but after buying this cream I’ve actually noticed a good difference in my skin. It has a gel-like texture that’s very easy to apply and absorbs quickly, which is perfect for my combination skin. The size is quite small and the price is definitely on the higher side, but I assume that’s because of the quality and the fact that it’s a well-known dermatologist-recommended brand. What I don’t like is the smell. I had read about it in the reviews before purchasing but didn’t think it would be that noticeable — and it is. For a product at this price point and from this brand, you would expect a better fragrance, so I am not sure I’ll buy it again.

Very nice product! It is absorbed quickly without leaving a dry feeling. It has a light, nice scent. A VERY little goes a long way. I tried some on my collarbone too. Not sticky and I could put my top back on after a few moments after I was certain it dried. The texture is very thin in a good way. Afterall, it is a water product. It goes on smoothly and if you use too much just tin your finger over the edge to put it back in. The hyaluronic acid that smooths the texture of your skin means no SPF. No problem for me as I'm not a sunbather and wear a hat. On another note, it can go on alone, which I did one day and my skin looked nice, not oily even after doing a few things around the house. Also, it can go under makeup, just make certain it's completely dry. This sounds like an ad but it really is that good. After one week I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my skin's appearance. I've even skipped my facial scrubs, this is gentler. A few blackheads remain but not so noticeable. To my observation and use, it doesn't seem to shrink pores. Which is fine. I use a pore filler before makeup but have gone on without pore filler and my makeup looked fine. In my opinion, it's an outstanding product. I hadn't used many lines of moisturizers under makeup (including La Mer, hundreds of dollars). This is far better and fairly priced. At first I thought, "This is all I get for my money?!" But, it has a generous amount of uses. Well priced. I will definitely buy more when this rings out, which I think will be awhile. After one week of use, they is still a lot on the jar. Good for shaving lower legs and underarms. Smooths the skin without stickiness. I highly recommend it and I'm not easily impressed AT ALL!

What is the most frustrating skin type? Oh I know! I know! It's the combination skin type-only the cruelest kind of skin anybody can have. I have been cursed with the said skin type-parts of the skin on my face were oily and shiny like no other star and the other parts of my face always looked like they're in the middle of a drought! It's always been quite a challenge to find the right product to suit my needs and every time I thought that I had found the right one, I had to always put it back in the rack because it was so darn expensive! But this Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel right here is the Holy Grail! I was looking for something that felt light, moisturized the dry bits on my face and kept the other bits from getting more oily. This product is exactly that! It gave enough moisture, did not make my face more oily and felt light! It almost felt like it wasn't even there! And a little bit of the product goes a long way, which is like a bonus! It also has this lovely, very faint, calming scent to it, which makes the experience all the more richer. Because it is water based, it gets absorbed into the skin pretty easily and is also pretty cool to touch. It feels very nice to apply this onto your face just after you've had a hot water shower. My skin stays soft and moisturized all through the day and all this for such a low price?!!! You gotta be kidding me! And because it is so light and efficient, I think it would work beautifully for every skin type. I would definitely buy this again and recommend this product to people with almost every other skin type out there

I have used this product for years and I love that it has no aroma other than a fresh air whiff, is not oily and blends into my skin immediately. It does not leave any residue on the collars of my shirts or dull my hair. It does not sting or make my eyes water when I use it on my lids and around my eyes. Make up blends perfectly over it.

Yo tengo piel grasa y me sirve mucho para las mañanas ya que estoy muy activa y expuesta al sol. Lo uso después de aplicar mi jabón limpiador Avēne, el cual también recomiendo demasiado, este producto reseca un poco la piel ya que te hace una limpieza extrema, pero al usar el HidroBoost de Neutrogena, es el complemento perfecto porque compensa esa resequedad y mi rostro queda limpio e impecable, después de estos dos agrego mi agua termal, mi crema hidratante y bloqueador solar, son los complementos perfectos de todo cuidado facial. No sé arrepentirán de comprarlo, huele delicioso, muy fresco, rinde bastante ya que son una solo una toma cubres tu cara bastante bien, aparte el precio es súper accesible para un producto dermatológico. La paqueteria tardo solo dos días, lo pedí un domingo y llegó martes, perfectamente empacado sin rayones o falta de producto, lo pedí junto a otros productos de limpieza facial. Excelente, es maravilloso.

I have issues with my skin due to illness & being steroid dependant I've tried pretty much everything to ease the dryness & it's not worked THIS DOES!!!!! It's not greasy like a cream doesn't sit on the surface it really goes into your skin I've really noticed a difference & a couple of people have commented on how nice my complexion is I'm 46 so I'm tackling middle age & health issues I'm now going to buy the night time product
