Dr. Shoesert 3-Layer Adjustable Insoles to Increase Height, 3/4 Length with Shock Absorption Heel Lift Inserts (S, Blue)

These are incredibly comfortable and fit into my motorcycle boots very nicely. As they do not run all the way to the toes they did not affect the fit of my boots, in fact they feel more comfortable while raising my heels by almost 1 inch.

I recently purchased the Dr. Shoesert 3-Layer Adjustable Height Increase Insoles, and I couldn’t be happier! Pretty simple to figure out how to increase the size with the extra inserts. Wore them to a several day event where I was on my feet for over 14 hours each day. The height increase is very nice but the more height you add the more comfort you lose. I got cramps in the middle of my feet. The end of the insert does not reach all the way to the end of your toes, meaning you will be able to feel it drag along your toes as you walk. That was not comfortable. These are more about increasing height than comfort. If that is what you are looking for, go for it.

This was actually my second order of Dr. Shoesert insoles. My left leg is a little longer than my right leg and after turning 65, I began to have terrible cramping and pain in my left leg muscles. I had the idea of trying an insert after my girlfriend spent a significant amount of money getting special shoes/inserts at a custom shop. I checked all the reviews thoroughly and chose these and all that pain I was having wore off within a couple of months after putting the insert in my right shoe. It took a little while to get used to but, it worked so well that I purchased again for my tennis shoes and will purchase again for any shoes that I buy in the future.

Ordered these to use for my dress shoes and they were ok for the job. With dress shoes, you want to keep in mind that it will make you feel like your heel is halfway out of the shoe. The adjustable transparent layers aren't adjustable as advertised. It has an adhesive to it in order for you to keep it attached to another when applying it to the insole, so if you would pull apart the layers, it'd leave that sticky residue. I expected it to just stack into each other based on the grooves seen from the image. Since the wedding, I have not thought of using it again. There's a chance I'd consider using it again in the future, but I would just keep it at the full height to not deal with pulling apart the transparent layers. I would not suggest this to a family or friend and would look for a different insole with layers that can easily attach and detach without any adhesive to support it to stay together.
