Sanniti Traditional Barley Malt Syrup, 20 oz

I am going to be using this to make my own crackers. I will update this review when I've tried the finished crackers but it looks and smells to be what it says it is. Shipping could be a problem as it appeared to be thoroughly wrapped but still leaky. Perhaps sellers of syrups and fluids of all types would be wise to place a strip of frog tape over the area most likely to leak in transit and avoid a lot of returns, credits and messes??

Works great in my bagels! The only issue is when you open it, you have to keep it refrigerated. When you get it out to use it, it's thick and very difficult to measure out.

This syrup took the flavor of my bagels to another level! It is to be refrigerated after opening. I would advise letting it come to room temp before adding to the dough as it is thick.
