I Had problem in switch. they replaced the item, now fine. it will heat one sided (in this category all like this.. even Agaro). Pros: 1)Value for money. 2)Quality is good. 3)I do outdoor camping, so 325 watts Low mode is helpful, when i need to connect to my Battery power station. This is the deciding factor for me, to choose this product. Cons: 1) One sided heat, not even. you have to stir occasionally, to avoid sticking. 2) You need to remove wire each time to clean, unlike Agaro. If you need premium look, go for Agaro. But for occasional use, this product is more than enough.

This is very cheap kettle.i bought it a month ago ,at first week it start giving elctric shocks later 2nd week it just stopped working.when i called amazon basics they said we will reply in 10 days now its been a month no response.Hell products and hell service.

Everything is fine and good . Just there was little damaged near the handle

A comparación de otras teteras eléctricas que he comprado, esta se siente bastante robusta y su funcionamiento se siente también muy seguro. Para que no haya ambigüedad, estoy hablando de la jarra eléctrica de vidrio Amazon Basics de 1.7 litros. Calienta el agua con bastante rapidez y se apaga sola en cuanto el agua comienza a hervir. El vidrio es grueso. El mango se mantiene frío, de manera que se puede manejar muy bien. Por el momento, estoy muy satisfecho con el producto. Veremos si es duradero, por que el tema que ha sido reincidente con todas las teteras eléctricas de diversas marcas que he comprado es que se descomponen entre tres y seis meses. Esta parece estar construida con una mayor calidad, entonces tengo la expectativa que dura cuando menos un año y medio, lo que consideraría un trato justo respecto al precio. Yo no considero que le doy un uso fuerte. Generalmente la uso una vez al día por las mañanas para calentar 1.25 litros y ocasionalmente al medio día. Esto no representa un uso intenso. Entonces, veremos cuánto dura y regresaré a actualizar esta nota que escribo el 28 de agosto de 2024. Mientras tanto, sí recomiendo comprarla ya que es un producto de calidad superior en su rango de precio. Espero resulte útil.

I always wanted one of these water kettle. I used this every day since I received it. Great item. It heats up pretty quick with a push lever under the handle, it has a glow light around the glass and base, which is really cool. It comes with a little removable filter screen and the lid opens with a push button on the handle. It is easy to clean, don’t put/immerse the whole thing in water, not recommended!!

When my old tea kettle just stopped working a few days ago, I worried it would be a while before I would be able to have my 4 pm cuppa tea. So I opened up Amazon and found this Amazon Basics that looked great and I hope would work great too. It arrived yesterday, and I had my perfectly brewed cup of tea at 4pm, just like any other day. It was so easy to use, and following the instructions for setup was simple. I basically cleaned it out and added water and plugged it in. I love to be able to see the water boiling, unlike my previous kettle and it seemed to work faster. And another great thing was the reduced price, so I picked the right time to get a new one.

I like how fast this kettle boils water. It also looks very sleek and feels well designed.

Leaving a review for my mom, who adores this thing. Especially for the price, you can't go wrong. I have a really fancy, ergobomic smart kettle and this one is just a powerhouse and does what it's supposed to when it's supposed to. My mom uses this multiple times a day, every single day; my boss has one and uses it with his coffee press; my aunt has had one for years and it still works without issue. Would i purchase this one rather than my smart kettle if I could turn back time? No, because with the tea I drink it's not supposed to be mixed with boiling water. If you want boiling water at the same temperature every time, this is the way to go! A great electric kettle that has stood the test of time with many people I know. The light function is useful and really makes it look pretty cool, and the amount of water it holds is very impressive. Easy to clean- just pour some vinegar in there and have it sit for a bit. A very durable and economical workhorse. Highly recommended.
