These work remarkably well. The taste might need a bit of getting used to but the benefits are fast and far reaching. The taste is like slightly sweet, fruit flavoured salt water. It’s not unpleasant or unpalatable but it will torque your tastebuds at the start. It is extremely effective especially when you are dehydrated.

I was recently diagnosed with POTS and have been figuring out ways to increase my salt intake to manage my symptoms. I have tried various electrolyte mixes, from well known brands to lesser known, and these are by far my favorite. There's no added sugar, while many companies add stevia, the sodium content is far above a lot of other options, and they are actually affordable considering how much salt intake I need. These taste deliciously salty, but with good flavor, while others I have tried tasted overly sweet, like they attempted to cover the saltiness. Compared to drinking water straight from the tap, I also actually feel like I'm being hydrated when I drink these. I ran out for a few days and noticed a severe drop in energy and increase in fatigue, so I can say with certainty that they really do help manage my POTS symptoms. While I am making my own electrolyte powder now, these are a staple and I will always have a few in my purse and car, as they are super convenient and easy to take when I start to feel shaky.

I was looking for a cheaper alternative to LMNT. This has some extra nutrients in it and tasted just as good to me. I’ll keep buying both! Great for hiking or days when your hydration is suffering

These are pretty good and affordable compared to other electrolytes packs. They are fairly salty like LMNT packrts, and they dissolve well. I got the multi-flavor pack. The flavors are pretty artificial tasting, in that they taste like common candies that are flavored like "Peach", "Watermelon" etc. That could be a positive to some because its almost like drinking a candy flavored drink (especially peach and watermelon flavors). Berry was my favorite and the lemon lime was the worst flavor to me. Its too artificial and feels on the line of "kitchen cleaner" tasting. I would order just the berry flavor packs if I ordered again. The packs are a little hard to open by hand so be prepared to use scissors to open it.

Thank you for making managing my POTS affordable and tasty! I need at least one of these a day to manage symptoms and I’m so glad they don’t cost $1 a piece like other brands!
