Saved me and my low estrogen
Went out on a whip and bought to naturally increase my estrogen. There is no weird smell or taste. I quit taking them for a few weeks and could instantly tell a difference in mood and irritability. Great supplement with an even better price!

I like it
Started taking these because my father inlaw used to for sinus/allergy issues. If it was humid at all I would get sinus headaches/neckpain and tons of drainage. Well I can't say all the drainage is gone, but the headaches are significantly less, I take one a day unless I feel like I could use 1 more. On a side note my body feels less pain in general and fatigue is less. Idk 🤷♀️ thats just what i noticed, idk how long I should or could take it.. started last month. Gonna buy again.

Will eplace my generic alfalfa
I've taken alfalfa caps from Walmart for years, but now searched for a higher quality and organic alfalfa. These are great. I take half the dose that I used to take of my Walmart capsules. I can just tell -and feel- the quality difference. I'm definitely ordering these again, no more Walmart (which is always a pleasure to avoid).
