Gold Standard 100% Casein - Chocolate, 2 pounds

I'm relatively new to using Casein protein in my daily routine, but after reading about the benefits of consuming slow digesting protein before bed I knew I had to give this a shot. I've used it daily for approximately a month now and have to say I'm pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy ON's chocolate casein. First impression is that the smell is absolutely incredible, like a chocolate shake you'd remember from your childhood. The protein congeals and is very viscus, to the point where it needs additional water just for me to blend it to a regular consistency. Still, the flavor is as fantastic as the smell and the mouth-feel is rich and creamy. As far as health benefits, I do feel that this helps keep me fuller, longer. I will be repurchasing this and making it a regular addition to my subscribe and save. I only wish they offered this in a larger tub or even a 5lb bag.

Fantastic! It mixes easily and tastes great. I love how low the fat & carbs are. I sometimes add a spoon of almond butter if I want to add some fat or calories. I've only mixed it with water and use my bullet mixer if I add almond butter. I only take this at night, right before bed. It's digests slow so it last all night. I've only had chocolate. Great product, great quality.

Taste great. I use this protein for my night time smoothie just before I go to bed. I mix it with 1/2 cup frozen blueberries some PB2 powder 1/2 or less of a banana and about a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and water. Taste great lots of protein to carry my body until the next morning

I love the taste, my only complaint is that it doesn't mix as easily as ON Gold Standard Whey. Overall great slow digesting protein powder.

Quality product with great shipping ad reasonable price from Amazon. I've used ON Casein for about 2 years now and love the taste of this shake right before I head to bed.

I love how this tastes. It is still very rich when mixed with water. With skim milk, it tastes just like chocolate milk, but definately more healthy for you! I really don't like protien powders and have problems finding one that doesn't taste really wierd, I won't drink shakes from any other brand. These are the best, and the sweetness from the shake keeps my sweet tooth satisfied.
