This product is really good, meticulously crafted for handling and making video creation effortless. The AI tracking feature is particularly beneficial when tracking subjects.

Reliable. Works really well. Pretty intuitive but some practice helps. Watch out if you want to attach a wireless mic receiver to your phone as it can affect the balance and range of motion. I got lucky with the DJI mini, which seems to work perfectly.

I really wanted to like this, but if I’m honest, I found it more complicated than it needed to be. While it’s clearly packed with features, the overall experience just didn’t feel intuitive or easy to pick up. In comparison, I much prefer the DJI equivalent, which I found far more straightforward and user-friendly. Because of that, I ended up returning this. It might suit someone who wants all the extra functionality and is happy to spend time learning it, but for me it just wasn’t the right fit.

Fantastic piece of kit. Slowly getting used on how to operate it but that’s down to my lack of knowledge rather than this brilliant product.

Good product; didn’t quite do what I wanted. I wanted to use Blackmagic Canera app and control the gimbal remotely. You can do both these things, but not at the same time. Customer service was really excellent.

Great for video taking, but impractical for photos. And even for videos, you will really only use it for limited usecases. If like me, all you are after is a tripod, then choose a tripod as you'll get better value. The integration /compatibility with an Android phone is sluggish and overheats your phone. The tripod stand function works best on flat surface but flimsy on gras or uneven ground. What I loved, is the 360 picture function, its brilliant!

Sadly the gimbal lasted less than 24 hours. I'm not entirely sure what went wrong but to me it seems like the motors had some sort of issue. When tracking shots the gimbal arm would randomly go limp and spin to the side even if I engaged the manual lock. Insta360 support were pretty useless and hasn't filled me with much confidence in their brand. They suggested it was the weight of my phone but it's well under the 300g limit at 196g.

This gimbal is awesome. It has so many incredible functions and would be amazing for anyone vlogging by themselves, or making short films, like me. It’s very lightweight, but you’ll need to get use to how quickly the gimbal moves. Very easy application, although I will say that the AI tracking seems a litttttle useless. Since this gimbal already has a built in tracking system you can hook up to your phone, I think I would’ve been good without buying the AI tracker. Could’ve saved me a little money. But I think this product is kinda worth it, didn’t have to be so expensive, but I hope it’ll last me a while. Insta 360 app is also amazing for this, please utilize.

en remplacement un ancien modèle (d'une autre marque) ; je regrette juste qu'i n'y avait pas de kit avec le support magnétique et le traker dans le même package. Comme pour tout nouveau matériel, il faut un certain temps d'adaptation pour profiter de toutes les options, n'hésitez pas à consulter les nombreuses vidéos à ce sujet.
