Has anyone used this energy drink as part of a Keto diet? Stevia is said to be best during ketosis but I just want to be sure.

Yes! I do 20:4 fasting everyday, eating around 4pm and 8pm. I drink one of these every morning with some MCT oil! It's a great way to start my day! I also don't drink coffee and I love a cool refreshing drink in the morning! Sometimes I have two in a day, and drink one with some ketones before a workout! I love it! It's a true game changer for my husband and I, since we started intermittent fasting and healthy keto! I highly recommend! I did lots of research and this one is the best! Sweetened with stevia, no sucralose!
