Flaky but has a nice smell.
Feels rough when you apply on the lips (like sandy feeling), also ashy (flaky) unless you rub against the lips for a while to blend in. Otherwise, it has a nice smell, but will see in a few months if it sort of restores the lips.

It's not a good product because, it does live white stains/residue on lips. You need to take time and massage it on lips for it to be absorbed and the lips remains with tough visible white stains.
