It now has video overlay for android

Does it measure in mph and km/h? Like 0 to 60mph and 0 to 100km/h?

Yes. It measures pretty much anything I can conceive of including 60ft times, 1/8th of a mile, 1/4 mile. This is the best device of its kind IMO by miles.

Does it have to be mounted flat (level with floorpan for example) or can it be mounted at an angle on the surface of the windshield?

It's magnetic and can be mounted pretty much anywhere. I mount mine to the metal center channel speaker grill on top of the dash when in use.
