These are very useful for showing how far into Ketosis you are. The colours don't match up exactly to the bottle but you can get a good idea it will turn slightly pink for a trace, then light pink for small, and darker pink onwards. I have not been on a Keto Diet ,but have been on One Meal a Day OMAD diet. So I can consume some carbs for dinner and have dessert. These strips have been useful in telling me exactly when I start to go into Ketosis ,so I have dinner at 6pm, then if I ate dessert at 9pm, the next day Ketosis will pick up a trace around 3pm. I tried eating the dessert straight after so stop eating at 7pm, and the Ketosis starts at around 2pm. It gets continually darker over the period of about 4 hours until I eat dinner again so I am getting in 4 hours a day of fat burning. I recently then tried doing a HIIT workout in the morning and the results are incredible, getting a trace at 12pm, and fully into the dark pink around 3pm. So by sticking strictly to one meal a day in a 1 hour eating window ,doing HIIT in the morning through bike sprints or weights, I am getting in 6 hours of fat burning a day. I have dropped 14lbs in one month.

My GP suggested that I purchase a pH test kit when I expressed some concern about the possibility that my urine may be too acidic. I purchased this set of test strips after carefully reading the reviews and comparing them with those of similar products. Although the product seems expensive, it does appear to work quite well and I have been using the strips to monitor urine and saliva pH levels over several weeks in order to provide supporting evidence to my GP of suspected high acidity.Easy enough to use provided you adhere to the instructions. I only had a couple of failures, and that may have been due to misuse of the product. It is a little bit tricky to extract a single strip from the container without touching the test tabs and to not end up using two stuck together because they are so very thin. I also occasionally had difficulty in being able to find a close match between the pair of reference colours on the box, or container, with those on the completed test strip. But that may be because of my aging eyesight! However, the instructions do suggest using the end colour tab as the main guide and that it take precedence over the colour matching of the second test tab on the plastic strip. Armed with that information I have been able to get some approximate pH values and average them for multiple tests taken over a couple of weeks. This has confirmed my suspicions and I will be presenting the results to my GP at my next review and I expect this to lead to a proper medical pH test. I will endeavour to provide an update if there are any developments related to the test strip accuracy.So, overall I am quite pleased with the purchase and will not hesitate to obtain some again should the necessity arise.

This is the second pot of these I've had.. they work but the color change on the strip never matches the chart so it's had to tell what sort of level of ketosis you're in. It turns a shade of pink so you know you're in ketosis but that's about it.I'll spend a bit more money in future and buy something a bit better

Further to my updated review, the supplier contacted me within 24 hrs and offered me a repayment or a replacement, and I have accepted a replacement. I will use the new strips and update my ‘star rating after a week or so. They also offered the following advice:Thank you for your message about the test strips. Please note that the strips are very sensitive to heat, light and moisture, therefore after the foil seal has been broken the strips usually will have a life of up to 90 days. If they have turned a greyish colour then the strips have most definately been compromised. Please note that we do also sell a 3 x 50 resealable pack, which is great if you are not likely to use the 125 strips within the 90 day period. They stay fresh as you only open 50 strips at any one time...................Updated Review - after a couple of months of using these strips, I have continued to lose weight, but despite correct storage, whilst the strips I first used worked, the strips now do not change colour at all, be it to show I am not in ketosis or that I am in ketosis. I assume they are faulty and have contacted the supplier, and await a reply...........Old Review: This was my first purchase of Keto strips, so I took some time reading the feedback on the various product options available before deciding to buy Ketone Keto Urine Test Strips, and at the time of writing I am very pleased with my purchase. After opening the mail pack I found that the product was nicely boxed, and the plastic bottle inside was vacuum wrapped, and this had to be removed before I could finally open the plastic bottle to remove a strip, It also included a good level of product information and instructions for use. I have given the product 4 Stars only because I have just starting using the sticks, so cannot really assess their validity, although that said I continue to lose weight on the Keto diet, and the strips do indicate that I am in the Keto zone. I don't want to get out of the Keto zone just to check out the strips, but if I do, I will update my review to reflect my findings. A good product at a great price!

Super easy to use, though I would have preferred a stick that could be inserted rather than using a cotton bud each time. Really helped me and my doctor figure out what was going on throughout my cycle.

Funzionano davvero..prezzo super..rispetta quel che promette..testatonsi di me che seguo una chetogenica e su una persona che fa una mediterranea..il risultato di entrambi i test ne rilevano la presenza (nel mio caso) e l'assenza nell'altro.Va però letto nei 30 secondi,altrimenti appena si asciuga,i colori sballano e non sono attendibili.

Ho già acquistato due confezioni nel tempo a causa di una disbiosi cronica della flora batterica vaginale. Quando non sto bene il pH è blu (pH maggiore) e quando sto bene il pH è verde chiaro/verde acido (pH basso). Quando inizio a vedere una variazione verso il blu utilizzo i miei probiotici vaginali e ripristino subito la situazione! Per cui mi aiuta a monitorare come sto. Attendibile perché mi dà sempre riscontro corretto con il mio stato di salute. L'importante è chiudere bene il flacone perché non prenda umidità.Attenzione, rileva disbiosi o infezioni batteriche che causano variazioni del pH. La candida, ad esempio, che non èun batterio, non necessariamente causa cambiamenti del pH, per cui potrebbe non rilevarla! Consigliato!

I don’t know how but I had an obvious yeast infection and the strips gave me level 4.5. It always turns out as a 4.5 for me?!

Second purchase of these strips from this same brand. The first bottle I bought was a 125 count all together in one bottle and unfortunately I didn't realize how sensitive they were to light/moisture so at least half or more got wasted, went bad after a few months (100% my fault). So this next time when I saw the 3 packs of 50 I thought for me that would be better so I could have just one package opened at a time and help them last longer. I took about 25 strips out of one package and put them in the bottle to keep them fresh. I really love these strips. I use these to help monitor my lower carb diet of around 100 carbs/day. I've found that for my body composition staying under 125 carbs keeps me in ketosis without headaches or miserable food choices. Definitely help me make better choices for the day when I know if my body is burning fat or sugar for fuel. Very easy way to confirm presence of ketones.
