I have been taking moringa for a couple months. So far so good. I take it 2xs a day.

Recommended by doc but it leaves a nasty taste in my mouth a bit on the large size

This didn't not work for me. It was supposed to relieve shoulder pain. Now both of my shoulders hurt

I got these supplements to help provide some gut and digestive support. It's doesn't hurt that Moringa has other benefits such as better, healthier skin, immune system support, and joint health support. So far, I have noticed some improvement with my gut health as well as my skin looking healthier. I have yet to notice other benefits, but that may come with more time. I find trial and error is a good approach to supplements and these Moringa supplements have been no different in that regard. I'm currently in the experimental phase with them, and so far, it has been mostly good, and I haven't experienced any negative side effects. I think I just need more time to form a stronger stance with them one way or another. I have been using them for about 3 weeks thus far, and I imagine I will likely notice more difference as more time goes on.
