Taste good and gives you energy it's hard to find a good tasting iron supplement and these are good and doesn't make u nauseated

Excellent taste and texture. Could eat these like candy (but don't, it's not good to overdose on vitamins). In addition to the more bio-available form of Iron, they also have the more bio-available form of B12 (methylcobalamin).

I took these gummies so I could get the benefit of Iron without having to take another pill. These gummies were both delicious and effective. Not only do they contain Iron, but they also have zinc, Vitamin C ,and some B vitamins included. This makes for an excellent supplement not only for Blood building but also for Immunity.

This is a nice way to take not only my daily iron supplement, but also many other good vitamins as well. It's a nice mix that helps my anemia as well as boost my energy (B vitamins) and immunity (Zinc, Vitamin C) a bit. The jury's still out on whether taking Vitamin C helps the body absorb iron, but at the very least it doesn't hurt. I haven't had any stomach issues or feelings of "ooginess" with these like I've had with other chewable iron tabs. The pineapple flavor is nice, though is basically putting lipstick on a pig when trying to hide the bitter flavor of the minerals. I dinged a star because in my opinion 18mg of iron is a pretty low dose; I'm used to taking 65 mg of iron daily, but I weigh over 250lbs, so if that's a high enough dose for you then this is a five-star product. Side note: Be sure to keep these out of the reach of kids! It looks A LOT like candy and could do a lot of harm to a little one who unwittingly pounds a few fistfuls of these.

These gummy iron vitamins are in a plastic bottle with a childproof lid. It comes with a safety seal on the outer cap and a foil safety seal on the bottle itself. The gummies smell fruity and good. They are normal consistency of a gummy bear and looks just like a gummy bear. These are soft and squishy and easy to chew. Just like regular gummy bears, these get stuck in your teeth, as expected. They have a citrus flavor and they taste pretty good. You can taste the pineapple flavor and there is a bit of an aftertaste, but it is not a bad aftertaste and they never taste like medicine. These taste sweet and pretty good and it is good that there is a child safe lid because a child could easily eat this entire bottle thinking it is a yummy treat of candy. I had to remind myself that they are vitamins because I wanted to keep snacking on them. This is a very pleasant way to take my iron vitamins daily and a very comparable price to all of the other gummy iron vitamins. As far as the ingredient list, I think there are pretty clean ingredients included in these gummies with minimal additive.

I ordered the pineapple gummies, they are delicious. I do find that these stick to your teeth, so make sure to brush before bed! They do not bother my stomach or cause constipation, which some iron supplements are known to do. I donate blood, so I typically take iron supplements to keep my levels high enough to donate. These gummies have a good combination of other vitamins, vitamin c, zinc, and b vitamins which are all good for immunity.

These taste good, and aren't too tough, or too gummy. I don't like gummies that I need to pry out of my teeth. These don't have a large amount of iron. I usually take a higher amount when I'm low on iron. Plus this form of iron isn't as useful for blood iron, according the the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. I'll probably stick to my previous iron pills.

They taste good a little to good so that’s a plus but I got my bloodwork back and my levels dropped lower since I’ve been taking them so there not working for me I won’t be getting them again
