Heard that magnesium was helpful for sleep during perimenopause, and based on the reviews of this particular item, I thought I'd give it a go. I noticed a more restful sleep right away when taking only one capsule and have been very impressed for the last few weeks! I don't mind larger capsules so I highly recommend if you're good with them too.
