To heat, remove your Freeze Sleeve from the storage bag. Microwave for 30 seconds, then hold your Freeze Sleeve firmly against the skin, it should feel warm to the touch not HOT. Reheat in 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached.

Always store your Freeze Sleeve in the provided resealable & recyclable bag. Keep the unit in the sealed bag when storing in the freezer or anytime it is not being used. Your Freeze Sleeve will stay flexible when frozen.
