Hello, We print the “Best Before” dates on ALL our products and this date represents two years from the date of production. Once opened and stored properly / as per instruction the seasoning have easily another 6 months to use.

It’s dark green and the most amazing hot flavor you can imagine. I go through 3 jars a year

how different does the mild look from the hot, in color & texture? the hot is too dark, almost runny, not like a paste.

There is a difference in the taste and the color is almost the same being the hot a bit red but both have the same consistency.

I tried the Walkerswood Traditional Jamaican All Purpose Seasoning, and the flavor is really good. It adds a lot of great seasoning and depth to your food. One thing to be aware of is that it does make your food spicy, so if you’re sensitive to heat you may want to use a smaller amount. However, the spice really helps bring out the flavor in the dish. Overall, it’s a very flavorful seasoning and a great option if you enjoy bold Caribbean-style flavors in your cooking.

Go to marinade for chicken thighs. Amazing flavor and heat, don’t need to use very much. Marinate overnight, use a bit of orange juice to cut the heat a bit.
