Love this lunch box! The built in ice pack keeps my linch cold and its big enough for a full lunch and fits snug in my backpack. The lid has seals that keep food in place which is great as sometimes i put homemade yogurt in one of the compartments, but i would not do a full liquid! But leak proof enough that i dont mind putting on its side in my backpack and i do not worry it will open. Easy to use and is made of good quality material. Definitely not flimsy , but sturdy!

It seals everything, it’s almost challenging to open it again lol! It’s durable, insulated, and my food stayed cold for 5 hours! This helps so much when I’m at a library. I’d recommend this to anyone, even though it’s pricey

Bought this for my 13 year old. It’s a nice size bento box that comes with inner liner box that you can freeze to keep your food cold. It seems to be durable and so far it is leak proof, although we haven’t packed anything super liquidy. It is pretty heavy because of this and the lunch box does take up the entire space of her lunch bag. Because the snap closure is only on one side, you can’t wash the lid separately and makes cleaning a little harder. Overall it’s a good purchase and I would recommend it for adults and kids that are a little older.

I absolutely love it for my soon-to-be middle schooler. I love how the divider can come out to make more space for meals. My son is definitely excited for me to make him lunch. And he wants large lunches, too lol. It’s sturdy, versatile, definitely worth the money as it is quality!

I recently purchased 2 of the XL Bentgo Chill lunchboxes and 1 mini Chill (snack size). All 3 items are near impossible to open the morning of school in order to add the frozen ice pack layer. For reference- I make our lunches the night before, close the lid and store in fridge. Morning of school, I open the lunch boxes and snack box in order to add the ice pack layer and the food compartments are always stuck to the lid! So frustrating - I have to use a knife to release the suction and food always goes everywhere. Not to mention, my kids say the food isn’t as cold as when I would send their old ones in a lunch boxes. I was hoping these “Chill” lunch styles could be used without a secondary ice pack. So disappointed as we have been avid bentgo lunchbox users of the smaller preschool size for the past 10 years. I have reached out to customer service directly and will update if I receive a solution. As of now, they really aren’t usable the way they’re intended.
