Using these bands for strength building
They are great bands. Be aware that the very light band folds over and sticks to itself making it very uncomfortable.

Practical and easy to use
This bands are very easy and practical to use. If you work from home you can use it when sitting down or if you have a standing desk as well. For senior people are very convenient due to they can do exercises sitting down.

Great exercise bands set!
These are great exercise bands! They can be used in many ways for resistance training. I brought them on a trip and it was nice to be able to continue my exercise regimen. So far I have used the X-Light, Light and Medium. The stronger ones are very tight so there’s definitely possibility for increasing your “weight” resistance with these bands.
