Great value! No complaints
Have not had a single issue! Loved the packaging and it feels really great quality. I enjoy the more metallic look, great departure from the normal black or white. I can’t see it in my current case but I love it anyway and for the price this is excellent value. Everything hooked up just fine. I have never used a modular power supply but it was relatively simple to understand! I really love being able to only have to handle cable management for the cables that I need, vs my old psu where all cables were connected and taking up a ton of space. The cables are a great length, no issues with my mid sized case, atx motherboard. Powers my Rtx 5070 with a ton of headroom to spare. It’s pretty quiet! I sometimes leave my pc on over night and don’t even notice. If your case is like mine the aesthetic doesn’t actually matter haha but I love knowing it looks good anyway

Amazing for price and performance 5 stars here
Bought as an upgrade for a ryzen 7 7800x3d and a rx 9070xt. I like how the unit feels hefty and well built. Love the design. Was a steal at the price. I tested it straight out of box and tested with psu tester it turned on right away. It is whisper quiet while running idle. Had to put ear to it to hear fan. Still was very quiet. Highly recommend this and it ranks good on psu tier list.

Excellent Power Supply With Plenty of Headroom
This MONTECH Century II 1050W power supply has been excellent so far. It’s fully modular, which made the build much cleaner and easier, and it came with all the cables we needed. There is plenty of power for my son’s system, and everything has been running great. We’re using it with a Ryzen 9700X, 32GB of DDR5 6000 memory, and a Radeon RX 9070, and it has handled everything without any issues. It feels like a solid, high-quality power supply with more than enough headroom for a gaming PC. So far, so good. Very happy with it.

Montech wins again
Went with Montech for two reasons. 1. I've ran their Metal Series AIO. I liked it when I purchased it. I loved it after using it! The warranty on it is 6 years. Yes, I know this is for a PSU but, that same awesome warranty period exists on this product too. 10 years. Not many can compete with that. 2. The price for their products are insanely competitive to the "other guys". More value for its performance. Those two reasons sold me this time over MSI. Yes, I'm a Micro Star fan. I only run their MB's but, this PSU compared to MSI's equivalent, I would've spent roughly $20 more and would've got 50watts less. Yeah $20 in a build isn't much. But why spend more if it's not needed, especially if you get the same great quality and more wattage? Plus, let's not forget Montech won me over with the AIO I purchased for my other build back in 2024. At the time it was the only Montech part I had in my build. So when it came time for this build. I looked no further after seeing money savings, same warranty period, more wattage, and knowing Montech delivered before. I also ended up upgrading my fans on my old build to the matching Metal series to match the AIO fans. Yeah, that's off-topic, sort of, but to be frank with you, I'd buy their PSU, AIO, and Fans again. Especially considering they make great products, have nearly unbeatable prices, and if I'm being picky about matching (which I'm not honestly or I would e went with MSI to match my x870e Gaming Plus Wifi and my case.

Pleasantly surprised!
Never heard of this brand and I know a PSU is not really something to gamble with but I did.. I really can't say much about it, but it's modular making cable management very easy, it is literally silent in my build, perfect size, does not seem to overheat at all and powers a high powered gaming PC that runs for multiple hours a day

Great BANG for your buck.
Really really awesome power supply for the money, purchases mine on sale for about $90. For what it is and what you get it's great, quiet, no coil whine and no hiccups in the 3 months I've had it so far. It's a future proof with a 12VHPWR connector. Built really solid, even the packaging is pretty premium for what you get. Can't ask for more from a power supply.

Almost Perfect, but Fan Shroud is Concerning
The best value-for-money PSU you can buy. 10-Year warranty with superb reviews, fully modular, and 1050W is absurd at this price. I have this PSU in my home-lab with the low-noise fan enabled, and I genuinely never hear this PSU fan turn on. I have never had a single PSU related issue since installing it. The cables are not great quality, but they're cables, and long-enough to work in any modern case. I have this installed in a massive Fractal Design Define R5, and I've got plenty of length. My one concern is the fan shroud design. With how small the cut-outs are for the fan, plus any sort of metal shroud introduced by the case, plus any case dust filter will drastically diminish the amount of air this PSU can pull if your fan ever needs to spin up.

Energy efficient. Running 24/7 at 800W without issue.
The Montech Century II 1050W PSU has been running very stable 24/7 at 800+ watts since I installed it over a month ago. I hadn't heard of this brand before and there weren't that many reviews about this power supply, but I saw a post about it over on tomshardware.com. I decided to take a gamble and bought this, and I haven't been disappointed. This replaced a Corsair RM650 that I had running 24/7 at 700+ watts (yes, it let me over-draw), but occasional spikes in power draw tripped it and took the system down. The workstation I installed it on runs AI image and video generation (ComfyUI), AI inferencing and code generation (Open WebUI + Ollama) on the GPUs and Monero mining on the CPUs during the cold season to keep the room warm. It fits fine in a Lian Li Lancool 216 E-ATX case. The Supermicro motherboard I use has motherboard power connectors at the top edge, so the PSU motherboard cables had to stretch from the very bottom edge of the case to the top edge of the case. It barely made it, but it reached. The efficiency range I was operating in on the two PSUs probably was a contributing factor, but this Montech PSU dropped my overall power usage at the wall by over 50 watts. It's pretty quiet at medium-high load as well. No coil whine or noise at all.

Sold in European amazon without European compatibility.
No type F plug included, why bother selling it in Europe if it does not accommodate the European market standards?

High build quality, low price and ten year warranty.
Only ordered yesterday afternoon, and wasn't expecting it till Monday but arrived first thing this morning. For the price I'm more than happy with the PSU so far, high build quality for budget friendly money. It's got its own smart fan to keep it cool, which is quiet so far. And completely modular, and quick to install, less than an hour to swap over. Plus 10 year warranty, would definitely recommend.
