Great - Audi MMI Users, Exercise Caution
This device works really well on android auto for our 2018 Audi SQ5, however... You may need to perform a factory reset on the MMI for your "connection manager." My phone glitched out while on android auto, and would no longer connect. It took awhile to get it sorted, but a quick factory reset brought everything back, and it is now working better than before. Super easy to connect, get design with the included cables, and really good documentation. I was even able to update the device firmware in like 5 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Great Wireless CarPlay Adapter โ Easy Setup and Works Well
Iโve been using this adapter in my car to make CarPlay wireless and overall it works really well. The setup was very easy, basically plug and play. My iPhone connects quickly and most of the time the connection is stable, which makes using maps, music and calls much more convenient without needing a cable. One thing I noticed is that occasionally it disconnects for a few seconds, but it reconnects automatically and it doesnโt happen very often. Other than that the performance is good and the latency is low, so the experience is still very good for the price.Overall I would recommend it if you want to turn your wired CarPlay into wireless without spending too much.

works great and very well priced
I LOVE THIS THING!!!My car has android auto, but only the wired version. After giving up on finding a wireless solution a while back, i searched again recently and was happy to see eo many options for wireless support now days.I purchased this unit for it's price/features combinations and i'm not disappointed. It plugs easy, stays on, connect fast 99% of the time (slow connection is around 10 seconds or so).i don't have to take my phone off the holster and connect the USB cable anymore. On the flip side, i forget to charge the phone sometimes as i'm used to it being charged when plugged in for android auto, so there is that.Overall, i'm very happy and NO LONGER JEALOUS OF MY WIFE'S WIRELESS ANDROID AUTO!!

โ Will pair but won't stay connected to my Pixel 9 Pro and 2020 Camaro???
I ordered one of these and it would pair with my phone and I'd get the pair code, opt to pair it, then it would instantly disconnect. Then, if I forgot the device (Bluetooth settings) it wouldn't see it again until I rebooted the phone (which seems strange). It would also act like it is connecting then disconnecting. The green light would sometimes flash every 5 seconds or so then sometimes ever 10 seconds or more. It acted like it was defective so I contacted Amazon and they sent me another one. It is doing the SAME THING. I see a review where somebody else appears to be having the same issues. This is in a 2020 Camaro with a Pixel 9 Pro XL phone. I've tried everything... firmware is up to date. Took off my smart watch. Connected to my house internet while in driveway with phone and then didn't and made sure no other WiFi was connected to my phone. Tried connecting phone to this device's Wifi while plugged into car and then to Bluetooth. Nope. Then, with the first device and now my new one, sometimes it just indicates that it can't communicate with the device id blah blah blah when trying to pair too. It might do it before I get to the pairing screen showing the pairing ID then if I unplug the dongle and plug it back in I might get past that but then get the same error message after I see the pairing number code and say to pair. Then, sometimes I can pair it but then it never attaches. Once I got Android Auto to come up on my phone but never did it come up in my car. Car screen always shows a connection error and asks if I want to retry or cancel. I'm pretty techy and have spent over 2 hours trying every combo I can think of and nothing is working any differently... the Bluetooth will NOT stay connected. Any ideas? Also, when I plugged it into my computer (to check firmware and update) the computer kept making the USB device connect/disconnect sound over and over. I don't know if I just got unlucky or what and got two defective units with the same issue or if something isn't compatible with either my 2020 Camaro (wired Android Auto works fine) or the Pixel 9 Pro or what? I've got a message into tech support and will update rating once I hear from their tech support. I'm not hopeful because reading the reviews here and how easy this is to setup doesn't give me much hope since I think I've done about everything and spent already 2 hours on this. Ugh.ย Edit: Bumped my review up to 2 stars. The explained my problems through the Amazon tech service messaging and they didn't have many suggestions but refunded my for the device. Bummed it didn't work because I really liked the size.Edit 2: Bumped it up to 3 stars due to customer support. Even after they refunded my money when they couldn't figure out the issue in message support, they saw this review and asked if there was anything more they could do. I'm disappointed two of these wouldn't work (not sure if I got two defective products in a row, something with my particular car, or something with my phone???) but their customer service goes out of their way to do the right thing so for that I think it's worth 3 stars and my issues, based on other reviews, aren't the norm.Edit 3: Upped to 5 stars because I think the problem is something wrong in my car. I bought two other brands and they are all doing the same thing. Not fair to ding this one when the problem is likely not with the device. :)

Great with 2024 Maverick + Pixel 7 Pro
2024 Ford Maverick + Pixel 7 Pro. Works flawlessly. Set up was easy. Haven't experienced any disconnections. I did worry that I may bump it and break it along with the Mavericks android auto connection ports but in 3 months haven't hit it once.

Does Not work - could not pair with either bluetooth or wifi
I have a 2025 Honda Civic Sport (gasoline).I bought this having read the description and watching a few reviews on YouTube. I was excited when it was delivered and got to work trying to connect it right away. It's my second day trying to get it to connect, but it is just not working! I have done all the logging into the interface and even updated the firmware and nothing. It doesn't seem to be able to maintain Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection, it only connects for fractions of a second before disconnecting. Sometimes my phone can't even find the device...having done everything the instructions and my techy skills trying to solve the issue.....nothing!It also doesn't seem to have Android Auto - kept getting a message "trying to find Android Auto"I have both Samsung and iPhone so I also decided to try pairing with my iPhone...for some reason, my car was apple to find the dongle in CarPlay...but the issue remained... the dongle would just not connect/pair with the phone. The iPhone couldn't even find the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi from the dongle.I am disappointed and will return the device tomorrow.

Pretty Good
Works. A bit flaky, e.g , sometimes the touchscreen doesn't respond. There is no mechanism if two phones have been connected to the device, and then both are in the car at the same time, one will take priority and it might not be the one you want, there is no way to choose. Have to disconnect one phone. There is no way to have two phones connected at the same time, or to choose between them.

Works as described
Easy to use and comes with additional adapters if you need one. It has USB C and A connectors.Works smoothly with almost no lag, does not impact any other Bluetooth connections if your car supports one.

Hardly Works, Avoid
Terrible piece of kit. Just about works but the sound keeps breaking up every minute or so.Bought this so I could have Car Play working all the time but its so flaky it's just easier to wire the phone in through a cable when needed rather than put up with the poor service this provides. If you need a Car Play wireless adapter then avoid this one like the plague
