I’ve tried quite a few cod liver oils, and this one really stands out. The lemon flavor makes it super easy to take - no strong fishy aftertaste, which is a big win. The bottle is a nice size and should last for quite a while, too. After about two weeks, I’ve been feeling better overall, and I've noticed that my skin feels less dry. I also appreciate that it’s MSC certified and non-GMO - it just feels like a cleaner, more reliable choice. No side effects felt.

The quality is great , the cod liver taste isn’t super strong but you can definitely still taste it which is great for me. It’s definitely easy to swallow, hold ya breath. My skin looks better to me , I don’t feel sluggish, I haven’t felt and pain in my chest and heart but I’ve started switching how I eat also. It’s helping with the flu. GOOD QUALITY BOTTLE AND BOX ALSO
