We purchased this table with the 6 stools to replace a small couch in our motor home. It fits perfect! The box upon arrival was ripped and dented. I accepted the delivery from the driver and as he was setting it down he said, “the box came on the truck this way!” I said ok but when you take the pic to prove delivery, I want the ripped part of the box shown. He said fair enough. I took pics from the start of opening the box and as I got down to the different parts of the table and stools. The table and stools were very well packaged. The table had plastic corners to protect them and the parts tightly fit with lots styrofoam. HOWEVER, it was very obvious that FedEx had mishandled the box. That box must’ve have been dropped from a very high level or purposely smashed on the corner. One corner of the table top was smashed in and one corner of a stool top had a nick (same area as the box damage). Bummer. I contacted customer service right away. They responded very quickly and asked for pictures of the damage. I sent those and they apologized for the damaged table. I told them it was definitely a FedEx mistake and I was very satisfied with their packaging. They couldn’t just send me the two tops so they sent a full replacement. They were very responsive and understanding. Great customer service in my opinion! Table Pros and Cons: Pros: It’s great! For the money if you are expecting real solid wood, you’re an idiot. It is a pressed board with a skin on top of it. That being said it is very heavy and impressively thick. I’m a chunky 53 year old woman and I put the table and stools together by myself in about 2 hours. The directions are super easy and it includes a ratchet allen wrench. That was a very helpful and nice tool! Everything was clearly labeled and packaged. The table leaf stores inside the table for outstanding convenience! I haven’t figured out how to make all 6 stools fit under the table without sticking out, but I haven’t tried either. I don’t need to. It is being stored between the counter and passenger seat in our motor home. Cons: None really. The only thing I would add would be washers to the bolts if I were going to use this on a daily basis. When tightening the bolts I could see the metal frame denting in from the pressure of tightening the bolts. It is NOT real wood (as stated in the description) so it can scratch easily. We don’t eat in our camper but if for some reason the weather is too inclement to eat outside, we can pull the table out and add the leaf to fit six people around it. I have a waterproof table cloth on it and it is now used for our bar in the camper. We are EXTREMELY happy with the table and stools! If this is the set up you are looking for it is a great value for the money! It’s the same height as any other table and not shorter as some have stated. I measured the table height of our dining room table and its chairs. It’s the same. The color of the wood is as pictured in the ad and you get exactly what the the website claims!

"This table is exactly what I needed for my small space. It’s the perfect size for [6 ] people. I was worried about the height, but it’s standard and very comfortable. It arrived well-packaged with no scratches or dents. It feels much heavier and more durable than I expected. Value for the price and very easy to fix.

*Edit* I am posting my edit above the original because FedEx did deliver (I still wish they'd just go bankrupt). My table is enjoyable. I think I bought one of the larger models. It was easy to assemble, it's basically just a patterned event that becomes intuitive quickly. One thing I didn't really anticipate is that without the leaf extension the two smaller benches don't really tuck under this table, so largely if you want to keep the table small then the two benches may as well be in a closet somewhere... Or pop the leaf in and they look nice tucked in under it. Hopefully someone else may not have this oversight, that was on me. I'm happy with the look of this table, although I did find a scuff mark right out of the box, hence the picture... Honestly, I have two young kids, my oldest is 5, scuff marks are an eventuality so I won't throw a fit. It would have 5 stars otherwise of the scuff, mostly due to decent instructions, looks, and sturdiness... Maybe I will give 5 stars... scuff marks were gonna happen. Plus the ratchet tool they sent with the kit is quite clever and actually made the whole process a little more fun than a kit like this normally would be, couldn't help but admire the inginuity of it. It's a sturdy build, pretty solid and I imagine it can hold a lot of weight. It's is a decent value and I imagine if your reading my review you probably don't have a grand piano in your house to put this cheap table next to--not judging, but I'd hardly call it a high class table--its more of a marginal utility--satisfaction per dollar type table. If it lasts 4 years I'll be happy and I think it will. By the way... It's heavy in the box. *End of edit, to the post I made before I got it delivered and I was not happy.* I paid $59.99 for shipping and fed ex wants me to drive an hour to pick it up because of their own incompetence... Don't ship with frickin fed ex... I'm not driving an hour to pick up an item from the "delivery company" because they can't decern the difference between S.E. and S. East in my address... USPS gets it, UPS gets it, Amazon gets it... Google gets it... Fed ex, Zero critical thinking skills. Don't know how many times I've seen the "This side up" arrow point west after a fed ex delivery. How are they still a company?
