Great adapter
Works as it should. Using for the purpose of the Apple lightning headphones to connect to iPad usbc

Works great
Works great for older ear buds that have a lightening plug. Great for newer iPhones.

Sound is bad, moves from left to right and back.
I bought this adapter to use my Lightning connector headphones with my iPhone 16. The audio balance shifts continuously from center to left, back to center, then to right. This happens across multiple apps, including Music, YouTube, and two audiobook apps. No iPhone settings resolved the issue. The headphones work perfectly with Lightning devices, so the adapter seems to be the problem. I plan to return it.

Works as advertised
Does what its intended to do quite well. I assume it originates in China, and like most of the cheap tech imported from there the accompanying instructions, if you need them, are sparse and printed in font that’s often difficult to read.

Works well. Good price.
I have a set of iPhone ear buds with a lightening connector for my iPhone 11. I recently traded in my iPhone 11 for an iPhone 16e, which has a USB-C port for ear buds. This adapter works well for connecting my lightening port ear buds to the iPhone 16e.

A solution in search of a problem
Since there are several options available, I want to clarify this is for the lightning to USB-C adaptor. Which, in all honesty, is a bit of a solution I'm not sure anyone is looking for. USB-C is superior to lightning ports in terms of data transfer, charging speed, durability, etc... So who is this for exactly? If you have an old pair of wired apple earbuds and want to connect to your new USB-C iPhone, this is for you. And for that specific use it works ok. Sound quality has noticeably less fidelity than the apple lightning headphone dongle, which is about a perfect DAC. So this works but I'm not sure why you'd use it. A USB-C headphone DAC will give you better sound quality to a standard 3.5mm plug headphone. I don't know of any IEMs, or standard headphone other that apple's old version, that come with a lightning plug. You wouldn't charge through this as a direct USB-C cable to your USB-C plug would work more efficient with one less device. Build quality is quite good, with a heavier cable and well designed boots with good strain relief cuffs. So, one the very off chance you have an older set of Apple wired earbuds with the lightning plug and really want to use them for your new USB-C phone, then this will work Ok. Though honestly you're better off getting a USB-C DAC for less than $10 and KZ zero:2 IEMs for $25. You'll get far superior sound if you really want to stay with a wired headset.

Works perfectly!
Works great! The "lightning" end is a little larger than you would expect, but works like it should!

For those who still use the wired iPhone earbuds…
It’s worth the money. It’s exactly as described; plugged into my phone and wired earphones with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended.
