A good sharp knife that feels good in my hand.

Nice and sharp, cuts right through tomatoes and everything else. A perfect size for my hand. It is slightly heavier than other knives but that makes it feel secure to me.

This is a vey good everyday knife. It has a comfortable handle and good heavy weight. Its blade is solid and sharp. The fact that the knife is not serrated means I can use it to easily open meat and chicken packages or cheese wrapped in plastic (serrated knives yank at the thin plastic cover every which way).

Not as sharp as I thought it would be especially since it was more expensive than some of the others shown.

This little knife is much sharper than I expected and handles small prep tasks like peeling fruit, trimming vegetables, and even deveining shrimp with ease. The handle is ergonomic and easy to grip, even during longer prep. I also liked the elegant packaging—it felt more like unboxing a premium gift than a typical kitchen tool. It’s a perfect size and feels well-made. Definitely a great addition to any home kitchen or as a practical gift

Finally, after reaching my seventies, and with catering behind me, I bought myself this knife. I could not have used this professionally, having been notoriously generous with my workers, knife-wise. On my own, now, I don’t have to worry about people using it to open cans or sawing away at bones. So, keep it beautifully sharped, and away from that which it is not meant to cut. I love it very much.
