I have been using this product now for 6 months and am in love. I am a mom, grandma, wife and in my mid 40's, dealing with pre-menopausal symptoms and working full time. I have been a light sleeper my whole life, having to use a sound machine to try and sleep without being woken up. I often have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night multiple times and it is so hard for me to go back to sleep after doing so. HOWEVER, the Nello Supercalm has changed my life. I take a packet every night before bed, about 20-30 minutes before wanting to fall asleep, and I actually sleep through the night without being woken up by the cats or random noises around the house! This is a great sleep, y'all! I'm talking about a wake up in the morning feeling refreshed kind of sleep. I do not feel groggy at all the next day, regardless of what time I drink my powder. I take the packets with me on vacations and do not miss a night. THIS IS A GAME CHANGER. I have not received any free product and I do not work for the company or anything. Just a regular working woman who needs to get a good night's sleep. I encourage all of you to try it. Give it a solid week to see if it works for you. I know it is a bit pricey, but well worth it, and you deserve a great night's sleep! Some complain that the powder does not mix well. I like to mix it with just a little bit of water and then chug it. I also find that if you mix it and let it sit for a minute or two, it mixes better. I have tried most of the flavors and they are all good tasting. I'd say my favorite is the Blackberry Basil and my least favorite is the lemon lime. But there is not a flavor I would not use!

I love the flavor. It really does taste like a Pina colada. My only complaint is that I can really taste the stevia leaf extract (sweetener). It leaves an after taste. Other than that, it's great. I do feel that it does help me calm down at night, I do get a better night's sleep and I no longer get leg cramps in the middle of the night. Do I feel less stressed or am I in a better mood? That would depend on what's going on and the time of the month.

This has a pleasant taste and mixes with water easily. I think it is meant to relax you not help you sleep. Anyway, its nice!

I’ve been using this for about 3 months now. Although it doesn’t mix perfectly, I love it! All these reviews talk about how well they sleep but I use this in my daily water bottles starting first thing in the morning all through the day. I usually use 2 packets a day. It doesn’t make me tired during the day, tastes great and helps me just be chill. It’s great!

Good flavor and helps with relaxing after work. It also dissolves great.

The taste was good, however, took this for 3 months and noticed no changes.
