I have been using this product for years. I liked the old formula more but the new one also has vit B complex which the old one didn't. It helps with inflammation in endometriosis and I personally feel that besides diet, this product kept me from having invasive surgery.

I've been taking Menomin for nearly a year now and all I can say is, it has helped me more than anything or anyone. After receiving zero help except the offer of antidepressants from my GP, I decided to research support for menopause. I was literally losing my mind at 44 years old. I had to do something otherwise I was going to lose myself. I found out that a vitamin B complex should be my starting point. Menomin had everything I needed in one capsule. To cut a long story short the awful symptoms of menopause are almost gone. I can sleep, I have no mood swings, no anxiety and my motivation and drive are back. I am me again! Also, my husband and kids are still breathing which is a bonus... Phew! One of the other bonuses I noticed is that my raynauds didn't flare up over the winter. I actually didn't feel cold at all and we've had a very cold winter up north. My advice is take Menomin and don't stop taking Menomin.

It’s taken about two and half weeks, but I think it’s working. Night sweats are much better and my aching legs and joints are not as bad hopefully these will become less the more I take

I was sceptical that these might work as have tried so many things for perimenopause. I can't believe the difference. I think they took about 2 weeks but the difference is incredible. Joint pain has practically disappeared. Bloating has gone. Muscle aches have gone. Hot flushes massively reduced. I sleep better so less fatigue. These are a life saver as I really didn't want to go down the HRT route. I was at my wits end and I can't explain how much better I feel.

On the blurb at the back of the packet it says under Vitamin B6 that 250mg DHA is required for the beneficial effect on brain function. However, the supplement facts box seems to suggest that there is 40mg of DHA. I read this that there is not sufficient DHA in the product to see the beneficial effect. Is that correct? Thank you.

Only just started taking these but will review in the future if they are any benefit for menopausal symptoms
