Just go ahead and get the subscription, because at some point you're going to just make this your "go to" coffee. I used to drink whatever dark roast was on sale, because I like a nice, strong cup of coffee. However, I didn't realize that with a dark roast you lose a lot of the unique flavor of the specific coffee beans. This Ethiopian coffee is grown at very high altitude, leading to a denser, more complex flavored coffee bean. The medium roast highlights the beans flavors, creating a less bitter cup of coffee. You'll pay a little more, but it's well worth it.

Strong flavor but very smooth. I will buy again.

Tastes good

Tastes like typical Ethiopian light coffee, nothing too special. Bag came damaged, looks to be sliced open by exacto knife during shipping.
