Refused to eat 😪
I'm still giving this 5 stars. Because I believe it is a very good product. I tried mixing with a little gravy after I smashed the chew up. That helped some but I think a Puppuccino would be better, at least with my 2 dogs that are chihuahuas. That's what I'm gonna try next. Not giving up on this product. It's very easy to smash into a fine product with a fork.

Wonderful
My dog had some health issues when she was a puppy and she was getting back to back UTIs. Started giving her this and she hasn’t had a UTI in 2 years. She won’t eat the pills which are cheaper so we have to get the chews. Wish the chews weren’t so expensive but it has helped my girl stay healthy.

Shipping/ delivery issues
Good product but Amazon was all over the place in delivering, and documenting delivery/ shipping, so that I had no idea if I was ever going to get it. I even received a notice from the “delivery driver” (AI?) saying to leave the light on the due date night as they were late but it had not even shipped supposedly. Good thing we had enough if the product. Next time I’ll order through Chewy. Otherwise great product. Timely in the past.

Product has been effective for urinary infections.
My dog uses these because she gets frequent urinary infections and it has made a great difference.
