I bought this to replace another all in one computer and it fits the bill perfectly.I used PCmover to move all the apps, programs, and files from the old computer to this new one and it works great. Just be aware that this version of Windows comes with Onedrive as the default documents folder, and if you don't want that be sure to either unlink Onedrive or redirect your default folder location. PCmover has a setting for that.I've only been using this computer for a few days, but it's working great. It's much faster than my old one.

Was only able to use computer for a couple weeks for school and it started glitching. It is extremely slow. do not buy. Save your money.

I needed a PC for my sewing embroidery hobby. A single use really. It does download the Floriani software and executes designs. I also added my four email accounts. I won’t do any more. This is a basic computer, slower than our laptops and iMac but it cost half of what a decent laptop costs. I’m glad I got itThe packing was fine; instructions easy to follow\

Setup was super easy. Getting data from the cloud is cumbersome and confusing. Getting to know Windows 11 takes some time and patience. The screen size is perfect for home use. Speed is excellent. Still learning all of the functionality. Copilot is helpful. Overall value is great!

This computer has had problems from the beginning. It won't maintain a stable internet connection; I've had AT&T out here to check the fiber line and wi-fi on that end, replaced my power strip it's plugged into (those can cause more problems than most people realize), and done everythng else that could be the problem, so the only thing left is the computer. This unstable internet connection is a big enough problem when I'm just watching videos online, but when I'm on a Zoom call with a potential client and can't maintain the connection unless I turn off my video is a serious problem. It even cost me a live on-air interview with an international news outlet that hadn't been easy to get, and they won't likely come back to me again as a source due to that.The mouse goes crazy on it daily, acting like the scroll button is stuck and clicking on everything I scroll over. The little arrow will change over to a circle with arrows pointing in all directions, or to a dot with a down-arrowhead below it, and I can sometimes hit Escape and that'll switch it back, but only momentarily. It'll vascillate between the two sometimes. It just opened up about 15 new tabs in my browser in a couple of seconds because I had paused the mouse in the wrong place. Sometimes hitting Ctrl-Alt-Delete and opening Task Manager will jolt it back into working right...for a handful of clicks, then it's back to the crazy scrolling and clicking. I've called HP support and they seem intent on stalling me until the warranty runs out. They had me replace the operating system in it, claiming that this computer does not support the Windows Pro one that came with it, and making me install Windows Home instead. That didn't fix the problem. They took my information to send me a new mouse, but never did.I am a busy person trying to run a business as a solopreneur; I don't have all day to spend on the phone or chat with some tech support guy walking me through things I've already tried in an attempt to run out the clock on this machine's warranty. Others in my industry tell me they think it's the entire computer that's faulty instead of just the mouse, and they are likely correct. I would not recommend this machine at all. HP used to make reliable products, but this one I got is a lemon.

Easy to set up. Fits the space we have and the speed is great. We can run our eBay store much better with the added capacity.

Just received and set up yesterday. So far going pretty well, easy to connect. It seems a bit slow and required a long overnight update. I purchased this bc it would cost so much to convert my old computer with Windows 10 to Windows 11.
