These are a nice small size easy to swallow. A great addition for my supplements. Does not appear to has any side effects.

This product is legit it is definitely fire
I bought this product and I was very skeptical. I've been using it now for one week. I had a problem with sleeping, brain fog bloating, Constipation, And itchy skin. And one week of usage my bloatedness has almost completely disappeared. My gut health has definitely improved and it's only been one week. I'm sleeping at night. No more itching. And no more brain fog I can't wait to see what the results are after about 30 days this stuff is legit
