Quality was good and did what I requested. East to assemble foo

It arrived late - after the party it was meant for and it was not of great quality. Looked nothing like the advertised pictures. I tried to cancel it but it didn’t work so I’ve got an unusable, poor quality cut out of a friend. Got notified really late on the delivery date that it would now be 5 days late.

Photo was great but it’s wasn’t cardboard, it was almost like polystyrene. I ordered a 6ft cutout and the support reached to the bottom of the neck so I had to make my own support, it didn’t stand unless we lent it against something or held it up and it had 4 folds. The one at the base of the neck meant that because the stand wasn’t tall enough his head flopped backwards. I’ve had cutouts in the past that have 1 fold and the stand is attached.
