Fish on, this one is a keeper
This fit my needs like a glove. This unit is easy to use, I have yet to have to read the online manual to do or adjust anything. It allows me to map and mark all of the spots that I pick up fish while trolling. Once you have made a few passes and have a map made up, you can fallow the same route along edges and ledges and it is accurate to a few feet. This is a huge advantage in lake trout fishing. You can skirt underwater structure, and get your lure in the "Strike Zone" consistently. I wish I had bought this years ago. The only draw back is that it will not keep a depth reading at speeds above 15 MPH, which would be great for mapping. But is steady, rock solid at trolling speeds.

KNOW THIS BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!
BUYER BEWARE!All the so called bells and whistles and this system doesn’t even have built in charts (like my old cheap one did), nor does it have the capabilities to install any. Which means no markers, buoys, or ANY land! The GPS is completely BLANK! Garmin really dropped the ball on this one and I cannot return it do to the 30 day limit!

Buy this one.
This thing is incredible. Easy to see in the day. Easy to adapt the screen to your likes, worth every dollar. Keeps a clear image at all time, while at a slower speed of course. Amazing downvu.

Excellent depth sounder
Excellent depth sounder. It takes experimenting with the settings to fine tune. The only issue is the documentation is online and not included except for a quick guide.
