An Uncle Mikes small to medium nylon holster should fit it. The gun doesn't weigh much.

How long does an open cartridge last?

Anyone know how this compares vs the Mace brand pepper spray guns? Anyone tried both?

Batteries are not required for the Mace gun to fire it's gel. They are only needed for the LED light. The light is fairly dim, so best to just remove the batteries and forget about the light.
