Love this plate. I’ve read about vibration plates and decided to try this one because of price. If I didn’t like it I didn’t break the bank. Works better than expected. Love having a remote to adjust if needed. It’s quiet, great for my back pain, definitely feel the areas it’s working. Easy to set up and move.

I’ve tried a number of vibration plates and this is by far the best one. I love that. It comes with built-in programs that go faster and slower on its own. The other vibration plates I tried may have had sleeker designs, but did not vibrate as strong as this one. I’ve been using it for 10 minutes every day for a few months now and I feel like it’s helped my energy levels, digestion and bloating.I promise you will not regret this purchase.

I've only used it once so far but I loved the way it makes me feel when I'm done. Kinda like my whole body is just circulating better. It's not big enough to sit criss cross on it though and the touch screen is sensitive so any brush against it hits a button. Otherwise, it's as described.
