Venture Pal High Sodium Sugar-Free Electrolytes Powder Packets, 16 Sticks

Pros My husband loves these packets. He has ordered them so many times. He works out a lot and sweats even more so he likes how these have a ton of sodium. He likes the flavors and the watermelon is his favorite. He says they help a lot with cramping with extreme physical activity. Cons Me and my son both think the tatse is gross and can't drink them. 5 stars because he loves them. I need to drink a lot of water and need the sodium and electrolytes but I can't drink these. I don't like the taste or the after taste.

If you were looking for an electrolyte with high sodium and flavoring, but also staying on the healthier side I’d recommend venture pal. I’ve had pots/dysautonomia for quite some time and have used Gatorade powders which work pretty well for me, but I wanted to try something else with higher salt intake as I found out I still needed more sodium in my diet. Since using venture Pal I noticed having more energy. I noticed when I have just water I crave the salt and one venture pal, and I feel better already. I would recommend trying different flavors as this berry flavor is not my favorite and kind of has an aftertaste but if you can get past that, the benefits have been great. I felt like passing out when I went to the zoo and popped out a venture pal, took a break in AC, and was back to go on again. Another thing I find convenient with these is that they’re little packets. I’m used to using the big tub of Gatorade powder and having to scoop it out which allows me to choose the quantity but then I’d only have it when I’m at home or have the tub while with the little packets, I can have some in my purse. I also have used these in my 40 ounce water bottle and feel like the flavor is still pretty strong.

I am on my second box and have recommended this product to others. The other popular brand that has the same amount of sodium as Venture Pal tastes very strong (and is more expensive). I usually put this in about 20 oz of water and is tastes great. I highly recommend drinking when it is really cold. It is a very good value and I appreciate that it is sweetened with stevia, not artificial sweeteners. Also, there is no food dye in it, so no matter what flavor you get, it will be clear in the water.

After only a week I do feel a difference, more energy, no afternoon crash just a general overall good feel. I'm hopeful I'll maybe see some effect on my blood pressure. My only complaint and the reason for only 4 stars is that it's crazy sweet. I get it, there needs to be some sweet flavor but this is waaaay more than necessary. Still it's far cheaper than Element and basically the same numbers

I work at a construction site it the heat all day, and these packets are a life saver. I sweat so much and this packet, mixed with a large 20oz cup of water replenishes all the salt and electrolytes. It can be a bit salty at first, but you DEFINITELY need that. The 4 different flavors are pretty good. I have it set us as a subscription.

Honestly was a little skeptical buying this.. but this stuff if a 4/5 for flavor and 6/5 for value... its very comparable to liquid iv.... it is higher in sodium so you MAY taste saltiness after but i suggest just using slightly more water when mixing.... overall 10/10 would 100% buy again especially since i get double the amount for less than the big guys

I have POTS, and these have been some of my favorite electrolyte packets, at a much lower price than the name brand and one of the best-tasting. I especially love the high sodium content, which is great if you're very active or are chronically ill like me. I start feeling better right away after having one of these. They truly got me through walking to work in the summer heat.

I usually get the grapefruit flavor. tried this hoping it’d taste like the liquid IV white peach, but it’s just way too strong of a flavor. I usually just use a 16.9oz water bottle per packet, but I have to dilute these way more, like 3x for it to be palatable. So I guess that could be a positive if you want it to be spread across that much more water, or if you like the strong flavor, but I’ll be switching back personally. It tastes like it’s got 10x the citric acid or something.
