The timer is very easy to set up. It is very convenient to set up schedule.

Unreliable, Killed all of my nursery trees.
Totally unreliable. Do NOT use.It works at first just enough to lull you into complacency..... and then randomly stops watering for long periods of time. No notifications. Just doesn't water for weeks (Or doesn't turn off and waters nonstop for long periods of time.... its like it tries to find a way to kill everything). Control app is extremely glitchy and the grammar is next to impossible to understand.

Can’t be trusted at all. Totally unreliable.
Absolute junk. Does not follow schedule. Even when you set it to manually water for a specified duration, it shuts off on its own after a few minutes. The app is inaccurate and doesn’t record actual usage, whether scheduled or manual. The settings are borderline useless and there is no clear path to product support. If you will rely on this for any watering needs, look for a more reliable product. This one isn’t it.
