No cold and wet feet with these.
I waited a while before writing this review until I could give them a good test. After yesterday's sledding trip in the Blue Mountains of Oregon, I can say that these boots work VERY WELL. In the conditions of 25 plus MPH of wind and low 20's temperatures, my niece's long hair actually froze, and I was wondering if my nose was going to turn black and fall off. But cold feet was a non-issue. That included a quarter mile walk up the ridge to the sledding launch spot and back thru deep powder. The only mistake I made was leaving home with them on, and wearing them all day. After the mountains, we went to the China Buffet in Walla Walla Washington. They have good traction in snow with their deep waffles, but have hard surfaces (The sole) for anything else, so they tend to feel like they’re going to slide out and made me fall. They have felt patches on the bottom, and that helps somewhat with grip on tile floors, pavement, etc., but they are designed after all for SNOW. I could drive the Jeep okay, they aren't that bulky and don’t slip on the rubber gas/brake pedal pads. Next time, I'll put them on in the blizzard, and wear regular boots for anything else. They’re comfy enough except for those hard soles that feel slick. A weird-ism was when walking around in the Sno-park parking lot, I kept getting taller. That's because ice would build up until it was like walking in tall clogs. The ice would build up a good 2 inches thick and was hard to knock off. The good part is they grip well on the ice, which is strange as to how they act on hard surfaces when it’s warm.

Great once you get them on.
Thus far they are good boots as for size the 16 are true to size. My husband uses a medium weight wool sock. They keep his feet the right temp not hot or cold in weather from as high as 100+ degrees down to zero degrees. The only problem is where the rubber stops and trying to get a huge foot through a narrow opening with no give because the water proof coating has no give. If you can struggle past that they are very comfortable. My husband was able to struggle and got them on barely a 1/4” lower or a little more give would have made a huge difference with getting them on or off. I’ve taken one star off for that problem. But after the struggle to get them on they are comfortable.

Good winter boots
Bought as a gift for my husband. He likes them and says they fit as expected and keep his feet warm and dry. He's worn them in rain and snow and they have been quality boots for winter. So far they have been durable. They are on the heavy side, but it's not uncomfortable since they are a size 13. They are fashionable, they look great with his jeans and his coveralls/bibs.

Still Going Strong After a Year!
I’ve had these Nautica duck boots for about a year now, and they’ve held up really well. They still keep my feet completely dry in rain, snow, and mud, and the soles still have plenty of grip no slipping even on icy patches. They’ve been comfortable for all-day wear, and the leather has aged nicely without cracking or looking worn out. Definitely feel like they’re built to last. If you’re looking for a dependable, waterproof boot that actually works, these are worth it.

Ok. Not the best quality
Great boots but wore out heel and toe much faster than I had anticipated.

Very Nice boot. Just one minor complaint...
Considering the cost, this is a pretty great boot. It's pretty difficult to find any boots that both come in large sizes AND use synthetic materials. I've honestly never owned a pair a boots until now for these reasons, so I was very pleased to find these. I was more pleased to find out how warm, dry, and comfortable they are. My only complaint, and it's been said in a few other reviews, is how easily snow gets stuck in the grooves. While it's usually pretty easy to fling out, it can become a bit annoying. Not having anything else to compare them to, I don't know if this is a common issue with boots. I assume that the grooved bottoms have probably prevented some slips and falls as I haven't slipped or fallen while wearing these. Overall, a very nice boot. They are both functional and nice looking. My jeans aren't boot-cut yet they fit over the uppers perfectly.

The boots are very warm. The tread is not very aggressive so I would not use these boots for hard work. I was looking for a boot that I could wear under dress pants in an office environment where I go from inside and outside often during the winter months. The top part of the boot is insulated well and so it does fit under pants too well. That being said, the boot has good insulation and seems well made. I took a gamble and ordered size 12 to accommodate thicker socks. I usually wear 10.5/11 and knew that these types of boots fit tight, the size 12 fits comfortably and is not too big at all.

Ordered these for the Victoria rains, solid boots. Size ran a tiny bit larger than my foot but not so much that it was uncomfortable. 10/10
