vets+best seasonal allergy
Having tried most things for my little terrier who has grass allergies affecting her tummy and inner thighs that start in March until about October time. I went to crufts this March and happened upon this trade stand as I am always on the look out for a miracle cure, thought is was worth a go as it was on offer, started putting it in her food and noticed after a while she was not as I call it "riding the carpet" or scratching so much. In August I ran out, this is when I really knew these tablets were really helping her, so was pleased when I found I could get them on this site, as now I don't know what we'd do without them. Believe me I have tried everything and never write reviews but feel I must on this product as it is helped my girl and given her such relief from what must be very uncomfortable, so please continue to produce it, my only negative is the tablets are large and not easy for a small dog to swallow.

Helpful for seasonal allergies
I never write reviews. This is not a paid for or fake review. Allergy tablets, Piriton etc did nothing to help my little dog’s seasonal allergies but these have certainly taken the worst off. Have been able to remove the padded neck ring. Not 100% but I would say 80% improved. They are all natural too and she munches them up which is helpful because they are large.

This is amazing
Absolutely amazing, my 2 year old staffy suffers from seasonal allergies from April to September and banadryl was helping a little but I hate giving him medication that's not for him and I found these. Within a week his redness has completely gone and he's no longer itchy and gnawing and scratching himself ( he still has a scratch but a normal amount of scratching for a dog). There's nothing harmful in them and my dog eats it no bother. I am buying this forever and recommending it to everyone 🙂

No improvement
Hasn't helped to improve the scratching of my dogs ear at all after one week using these allergy tablets. I suppose you get what you pay for. Back to the vets.

Wow! Amazing
We have a pup who is allergic to long grass and gets a rash on her tummy when lying down in the fields. We gave her these tablets and the rash went within 3 days and she has not had a rash since after taking them. What was also good I did not have to give them in her food. She ate the tablet straight out of the tub so it must of been tasty. Pleased that the tablets have saved me from a big vet bill. These did the trick for my pup. 🤗

Hasn't worked
The tablets are very large even when you halve them. My dog could smell them coming and would run away or spit them out. When I did manage to get them in him they did nothing in fact he seemed to itch more. They are very expensive and now I have a bottle of them that is just sitting there. Wish I hadn't bothered!

No more itchy skin problems!
Bought this for my Golden Retriever who suffers from bad summer seasonal allergies. He breaks out in hot spots and the vet would give him a cortisone shot and medicated shampoo. It didn't do much and would usually worsen to the point he got infections and had to be on antibiotics for a month. Saw the Vet's Best Hot Spot Relief spray in Petco and bought it hoping it would help my poor guy. I chose Vet's Best because it was the only all natural product on the shelf. My boy had relief instantly! I went on their website and saw these pills and decided to buy them as well. It does take about 2 weeks or more to notice any change. His hot spots turned a crusty brown/green color and started drying up when I paired the hot spot spray with these seasonal allergy pills. He loves eating these every morning. They're his pre-breakfast treat and he gobbles them up no problem. I also bathe him in a oatmeal and baking soda shampoo from PetSmart. It's their brand shampoo, very cheap and works great. I bought the Vet's Best hot spot relief shampoo and it didn't do anything besides make him smell really good. The oatmeal and baking soda shampoo calms his skin and leaves him smelling great. I recommend bathing your fur baby every 10 days in oatmeal along with these pills and the hot spot spray. It's safe to bathe your dog frequently with the oatmeal shampoo and it helps wash away any pollen, rag weed, allergens trapped in their fur causing them discomfort/itchy skin. Will these products make the problem go away entirely? Of course not, it's meant to TREAT the symptoms and make it more tolerable for your pet. It's their version of Clariten or Zyrtek. Allergies can't be cured, but they can be treated and this product definitely does an AMAZING job at doing that. Than you Vet's Best!!!!!

Ottimo

Godsend for Canine Atopic Dermatitis
Amazing product for our dog with canine atopic dermatitis (CAD). Our almost 4 year old dog developed CAD this year and it has been awful. She had non-healing sores/scabs on her face, back, legs for over a month, starting wih pollen season. She would scratch at her skin until the top epithelial layer was completely denuded. Her naturally light pink skin was hot pink, angry, and warm. She could not sleep (and neither would I) as she scratched vigorously all night. Poor thing was so miserable and I wanted to cry for her. Benadryl twice daily provided some relief (claritin did nothing), but she still had inflamed skin and would have some scratching at night. The sores did not heal and skin was still very red. We changed her to a fish based, minimal ingredient diet. No change. I did not want to go down the road of extensive allergy testing, chronic steroids, or immunosuppression that many other owners have traveled. I finally came upon a veterinary segment of the Dr. Mercola (holistic medicine) website that discussed CAD. Quercetin was pronounced "Nature's Benadryl". Coudn't hurt. I found this formulation for dogs on Amazon and like a another reviewer, purchased the Seasonal Allergy Support along with the Shed & Itch. Holy cow. The first night I gave it to her, she slept like a log with no scratching. It has been almost 3 weeks now (still with benadryl), but her sores are healing, the skin is now a normal color, and her fur is growing back over the previous areas of inflammation. I will start cutting back on the benadryl to once daily at night, and if no more issues, will stop that completely and only give her these Vet's Best products. With 1 out of 6 dogs suffering from CAD, this is certainly an EFFECTIVE alternative to traditional pharmaceuticals. ****Please make sure that your dog truly has allergies and not another skin condition before treating as CAD. They must always be free of fleas first and many urban areas have fleas that are resistant to certain topicals. Our dogs are on comfortis which works well in Houston. UPDATE: It has been over 4 months since starting this. If we lapse in the dosing even for a couple days, a slight rash will start up on her belly. Will continue with this indefinitely and make sure to have 2 bottles on hand as we do not want to run out.

It seems to be working!
My poor pup was itching so bad that she chewed and scratched her hair off in several areas. After taking the chewable pill for several days the allergy seems to be calming down.
