Why did you choose this product over others?: I’ve taken l-glutathione before and found it useful. However I had a very strange reaction after taking this stuff. I got very shaky and had dreadful brain fog all day. Binned.

Glutathione is known as the "master antioxidant" and you can also boost levels by taking NAC. But this is supposed to be the strongest anti oxidant in our bodies. So that sounds good. Glutathione neutralizes free radicals, reducing oxidative stress linked to ageing. It binds to toxins, heavy metals (e.g., mercury, lead), and drugs in the liver, making them water-soluble for excretion via bile or urine. This process, called conjugation, is part of the liver’s Phase II detoxification pathway, so no hangovers in laymans terms. It helps repair damaged DNA and proteins, maintaining cellular health. Glutathione inhibits melanin production, so its used in skin lightening treatments and also makes the skin look healthier. All in all it's a great supplement, but it takes a few months to see any real results. At this price I think its a good buy
