Very comfortable light neutral shoe! Comfortable stack with balanced return for a casual shoe. This color is not true white-white as the name and photo would have you think, but it can pass for some - the band on the back clearly illustrates this but that variance in their marketing pictures isn’t clear.

A little tight at first but loosened up to a comfortable and secure fit. I tied the shoes once and now they can slip on and off without any extra tieing. Nice and springy so running and walking feels good, I have yet to see how they will hold up over time.

Honestly, I have never had this issue.
I am very disappointed in this shoe. I have been watching this company for years, finally bit the bullet and bought a pair and it said true to size. I wear size 12 shoes and have never had an issue with ordering shoes online. These shoes are not even close in size. I would pass on these.
