Powerful, very warm, worth it.
This machine runs everything I've thrown at it so far. It sounds great as well.I'm a VR Gamer, and so far this handles all of it at best settings. (there is probably software that it'd struggle with, but I've not seen it yet.)If you are cold, this will heat up your room though, so bare that in mind.

Faulty and DIY repairs suggested - Appalling customer service may need to sue
It worked for the first three months. Occasional use only. Then I contacted customer support on the email. The gave me three things to do to take it apart and try to fix it. All three failed (over a week and a half). Then they asked lots of questions (a few more days as they are slow to reply). Then they said I could send it to them and pay 40 gbp for a box to put it in and they could fix it or they would send me what they think is the part that does not work. I said send me the part (we are now at 3 weeks). They sent me an online form to complete. I do that and then it has a captcha at the end which crashes and says it does not work and to contact webmaster. I did that 5 times. They then sent me another link that did the same thing and does not work. My feeling is that they want you to give up so they don’t have to fix defective equipment they sell. The machine is good but if it breaks then it becomes a nightmare. Better to go to a sensible provider whom is proactive and fixes your issue promptly and without trying to make money out of it or make you just quit.

very frustrating... worst pc i've ever owned
i wish i'd have built my own. worked fine for about 2 months, then started crashing over and over.. failing to boot. crashing during playing pubg. crashing even during watching youtube... googled the error messages and followed the instructions, seems to be fixed for a short period of time, then starts crashing again. different error messages everytime. absolute nightmare...

Nice pc but no instructions..PC running with all lights on but 3 different monitors using three diff hdmi cables and monitor still wont pick pc up,keeps saying no power when pc is running with lights on

Got delivered 29 August and idek where to start USB ain’t connected can’t even pick up my mouse or mic loose wires in the back cross wired screws and that’s to name a few they come across as a lovely brand even watched unboxing on YouTube and I got nothing like tha in box I hope they read this and do better
