Purchased this test a little while ago because I was curious about my fertility. It was easy to use and it has an app that lets you see your swimmers swimming in real time which is pretty cool! It gave me my sperm count, motility, and progressive motile sperm. The whole process only took about 15 minutes! It also gives you 3 test kits so you can compare your results over time as well!It was reassuring and surprising to see the sperm swimming accross the screen! Overall, it was a great value for the money and I recommend buying it!

Bought for bf since we've been trying to conceive for over 3yrs. This was a much more affordable solution than getting it done at a lab. The only negative was the delivery which was delayed & took maybe 2weeks. Besides that, everything was PERFECT. The instructions were super clear, large pic instruction manual & short vid loops in app made it very hard to mess anything up. Great price for 3 rounds & everything is great quality. The video was also good quality & was so reassuring to actually see his swimmers in real time, we loved the video!! This bought us great peace of mind, one less issue for us to worry about. I love how detailed the results are insted of just saying good or bad, it shows motility, concentration, progressive motility, etc. This product is just PERFECT, don't even hesitate to buy it honestly it's amazing & the looped vid of the actual specimen is so awesome, we love it!

I did not have any problem using this product- works well, easy to use. Wifi feature was great. Everything worked out on the first try. Great technology!While I find this super helpful to have, I do think calling above 6 million motile per mil "moderate/normal" is a bit misleading to those that may not have done much research on sperm counts.Just a warning to educate yourself more about normal sperm counts and chances to pregnancy before relaying on this test's view on what is "normal". Basically you can pass this and still very much have a big problem.. and if you don't pass this.. you are in what doctor's would consider to be the "severe" low count range.UPDATE: also had an issues with some slides being glided shut as another reviewer posted. First two slides I used mostly filled and was able to still work. The last two I used the sample didn’t even fill the slide much at all and gave me erroneous results (checked against actually semen formal semen analyses). I wrote to the company and hope they will send me new not defective slides. Will update if I hear back.

Connectivity issues right from the get-go. The app will walk you through how to connect to the device via your wi-fi settings and give you a "Connection Test Passed" prompt only to then say connectivity issues during the actual test itself. There is no way to skip any of the timers, so on both of my tests I ended up with skewed results because of having to re-run the test multiple times over. Retrying the test four times the first time I used it did the trick (6 minutes each attempt), and then on the second test I did several months later retrying the test, unplugging, and plugging the device back in finally gave me results for that one.Only problem with that is because you're having to fight the connectivity issues with the device, the sample is pretty much sitting idle and the results end up skewed because some of the sperm begin to die off. I took the results of both readings to my PCP and got a referral to a fertility clinic because I was concerned by the test results, one day after I had tested at home. Long story short, in-clinic test revealed that the YO Home Sperm Test results were completely inaccurate and my numbers were a lot better than those given by the YO test. All this, and believe it or not the cost to visit the clinic was less than the cost of this device. Long story short, before you drop $80 on this glorified paperweight, just go with the basic test strips or go see your Primary Care Physician or visit a fertility clinic.The only positive thing I can really say about this device is the live video feed is pretty cool. The instructions in the app are pretty straight-forward as well, and overall it's easy to use. There's a lot of potential with it, but the software/connectivity issues just don't make it reliable. I believe I'm past my return date with my unit since I got it back in November, and I don't believe Amazon accepts returns for "medical equipment" anyways, so I just tossed mine in the trash.

Useful for checking up on the procedures effectiveness. Only con is their app, it can be a pain to connect the device at times. I like that you get 3 uses with the starter package. Very accurate and a good bang for the buck compared to other mail in services.

I now know after 10 years of unprotected joining with my partner why there isn't a little one. He seems to be completely infertile. A baren splooger. I suffered a miscarriage some time ago whih left us both said so we decided to start the process to see what the issue is. We started with him. We struck gold. Well more like a wasteland with no life. My short lived pregnancy was a miracle in itself I see And unlikely to happen again. This gave us exactly what we needed to see. I've never seen such a dead sample. The item was easy to use though. The refills are a bit expensive but I like that is easy to use and visually pleasing. Results are instant.

Ok so this gonna be honest……. I’m a type 2 diabetic going on 4 yrs, and I suffer from low T, I’ve been trying to get my wife pregnant for the last year. And we got lucky but miscarried with in the first 14-16 weeks. And I really thought I was problem. Cause I take testosterone as well, and thought my little swimmers were dead and maybe had a few good ones here and there. So I followed the instructions and ran my sample and got my results. And all of them over the place and fast as hell lol and levels are normal. I would recommend

Super easy to use and set up! The connection was great, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We also loved that there was a video showing how to use it and explaining the results. It gave us a detailed look at sperm quality and made the whole process much easier to understand. Definitely recommend this if you’re on a fertility journey and want an easy way to get helpful information at home!

So the first test we did we didn’t do it right. It says to not have inter course for 2-5 days before, and we had been having everyday to get pregnant. Also, I had used the stick given to stir it and I didn’t let it sit for the 10 mins like it said. I did that test wrong. The second test was 3 days no intercourse (attached video) and he was 60/90 which is in the yellow (previously was in the orange (10/90) we were very scared and worried but good thing it gives two tests. I will update when we go to get checked in June we have an appointment with a fertility clinic so I’ll see if this is pretty accurate but it does look it. I’m just glad he has swimmers and they’re looking energized!!!! Just they’re not that smart if they’re not going in the right spot! Anyway great product I also dropped it a few times oopsie!

Aufgrund unseres bisher leider unerfüllten Kinderwunsches wollten wir, um keine Zeit zu verlieren, die Spermienqualität meines Mannes testen. Die Lieferung ging schneller als erwartet. Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei. Es ist kompatibel mit allen Androidgeräten und PC's durch den USB-/ aufsteckbaren microUSB-Anschluss. Die Anleitung ist mit guten Englischkenntnissen problemlos verständlich, das Programm leitet einen aber auch mit einer bebilderten Anleitung genau durch den Test. Die Vorgehensweise ist deutlich einfacher als bei anderen Tests. Einfach Pulver zur Verflüssigung in die Probe geben und nach 10 min. Wartezeit die Flüssigkeit mit der Pipette in den Objektträger geben. Dieser wird dann in das Gerät geschoben und durch die App ausgewertet.Im Ergebnis gibt das Programm eine grobe Einschätzung der Spermienanzahl (ob größer oder kleiner als 6Mio/ml) und - Beweglichkeit (Scorewert). Es bringt erstaunlich klare Bilder und ist auf jeden Fall sehr interessant für eine erste Einschätzung der Spermaqualität von zu Hause aus. Wir hatten vorher einen anderen Test gemacht, bei dem nur die Menge gemessen wird. Anhand der Färbung des Tests musste dort die Spermienanzahl abgeschätzt werden. Laut diesem wären bei meinem Mann gar keine Spermien vorhanden gewesen, was uns schon wirklich große Sorgen bereitete. Bei diesem Test hier konnten wir sie mit eigenen Augen auf Video sehen, kein Rätselraten.Es sind zwei Testkits dabei, diese kann man bei Bedarf auch nachbestellen.Wir sind sehr erleichtert über das Ergebnis, aber auch wenn dieses nicht so gut ausgefallen wäre, hat man schon eine grobe Einschätzung, mit der man sich dann beim Urologen vorstellen kann, um genauere Untersuchungen durchführen zu lassen. Wir hätten niemals so eine super Qualität erwartet und können das Gerät für diesen Preis voll empfehlen.

Worked awesome! A lot of fun working through this with my partner. Felt like a little science experiment haha. We just had a sperm analysis done at a professional lab and the numbers were very similar.

Hallo es ist sehr schön und gut dass man dieses Gerät auch erwerben kann und zu wissen wie es aussieht mit der eigenen befruchtbar Kite man kann es weiterempfehlen ich würde mir wünschen wenn man auf Deutsch das auch hätte deutscher Schrift es ist nur auf englisch und das wer nicht kann Englisch hat Probleme aber sonst ich kann es weiterempfehlen der Preis ist passend
