We got this cotton candy machine for the kids, and it’s been such a hit in our house! It’s easy to use—even the kids can help (with supervision, of course). We’ve used regular sugar and hard candies, and both turn out great. It spins up quickly and makes a decent amount of cotton candy in just a few minutes. The cleanup is manageable, which I really appreciate as a busy parent. It’s definitely become a fun little weekend or special occasion treat. The only thing I’d change is the noise—it’s a bit loud while spinning, but honestly, the excitement from the kids totally makes up for it. This cotton candy machine is very small, but it’s still fun and works well for kids. It’s not meant for making large amounts of cotton candy, but for occasional use and entertainment, it does the job. The kids really enjoyed watching the cotton candy form, and it’s great for a short activity or party time. The machine is easy to use and easy to clean. As long as you keep expectations realistic and understand it’s a toy-sized machine, it’s a nice option to keep children entertained for a while.

It was fun to try, but after a few minutes it started rattling around and smoking. I got 3 bags of cotton candy out of it, husband says it needs to go before shrapnel starts flying and it catches fire. I will find a better quality one because it was cool.

great for the price

This machine is definitely made for a small party! It does overheat after using it for a while. I also would try it out a few times to get the hang of it.
