Product arrived with obvious leakage and does not allow a return or replacement
I ordered two Tea Zone flavored syrups: the strawberry and the pineapple. They arrived independently and upon opening the packages, both showed obvious signs of leakage. I tried to return and replace them, but I am given a notice that returns on these products are not allowed. This seems an obvious error, as defective products should be exempted from any return policy and there should be some way to make this fact known to the seller. This was extremely disappointing! I have ordered Tea Zone products in the past with no problem and have enjoyed them very much. I am not sure what the issue here was. Perhaps they became overheated in storage somewhere?
