Why can't i order the formula 2 in 15ml 1/2 fl oz.?

It's annoying, I agree. The smaller bottle seems to be a thinner texture too.

Can you use over polish?

I use it under and over regular nail polish. Cannot us on Gel polish. It keeps my polish great for over a week.

Can you use nail polish over this?

You can! The directions do tell you to add a fresh coat each day. I imagine it may work better on bare nails but am not sure. I keep my fingernails natural which is why I do not know 100%

Does it contains formaldehyde?
