The pack was bought to help my wife who had a sore back. A bit early to give a review. We have used it as per the instructions and it has helped .

It is a well made item and so far I've had no problem with the gel pack. The gel packs look sturdy and heats quickly in the microwave. The item wraps around me great and it also gives some support to my back. It has eased the pulled muscle strain which is extremely painful.

Burnt a hole in microwave which leaked BE CAREFUL !!!! Although was very good before that happened, helped my backache a lot, belt is strong and secure and comfortable. Good design but gutted that there’s now a hole in it that leaks..,,

These gel ice packs get incredibly cold and, more importantly, stay cold for a long time. I purchased them when I was dealing with severe sciatic nerve pain, and they provided much-needed relief when nothing else seemed to help. The packs remain flexible enough to wrap comfortably around my lower back, and the soft exterior makes them comfortable to wear even during longer treatment sessions. Having two packs is also a huge plus since I can keep one in the freezer while using the other. If you're dealing with lower back pain, sciatica, or muscle soreness, I highly recommend these ice packs. They've been a lifesaver during painful flare-ups and are now a permanent part of my recovery routine.

This is my second set I still use the first once but unfortunately needed more. This is my life saver. I use them several times a day and I can use it when driving because it comfortably. I do wrap a light weight towel around it so it it’s not too cold for longer use
