This is a really good product. The taste is pretty palatable especially if you take a full shot at one time. It does make you sweat no matter if you're working out or not. I have started to see weight loss as a result of using this product, and I only had real digestive issue the second day using it. However, it might have been me taking too much at once. That being said, read and follow directions and you will experience weight loss and even an increase of energy. Will buy again.

I would recommend this product. It doesn't taste too bad, but its not bitter. I take it first thing in the morning and it lasts about 5 hours on a half of cap. I do not get hungry taking this. I do make sure I eat a light breakfast. Some of the side effects; sweating (not bad like working out in a hot gym), very light nausea, and light gas. That it is. I have noticed of losing weight. (down a few pounds). This is my first week taking it. I will update review as time goes on -03/21/26

Omg within 2 minutes I could feel it working and increasing my energy. Easy to use since the taste is great. I didn’t get that itchy body sensation so that’s always a plus with pre workout. It also doesn’t make you crash. I used it for my last 3 days of an 11 day workweek. My supervisor even said for you to be on day 10 you have a pep in your step. 2 days in a row after and completed all of my outdoor yard work. I highly recommend. Worth the purchase.

Overall, good product, tastes great. I don't work out but I'm careful about my diet. I plateaued and tried this. I lost 10lbs in a month. It made me sweat like crazy and I got the chills as well, but it took about and hour or more to kick in. This probably wouldn't have worked if I didn't have my diet in check, be careful of that. I did notice that as I got to week 4, the effects were less noticeable, so you'll probably need a washout period before starting another bottle. I'm going to start working out and then try this again and track the results. In conclusion, I recommend this product.

This product works just as good as the ad by Ron Jones said it would. Take the product before you work out and you will sweat so much I promise. Also doesn’t taste bad like I saw on other reviews. One cap before your workout and you will be sweating bullets just walking on the treadmill I promise

So I have tried everything. And honestly, I was buying this telling myself. It’s not gonna work. So I read the instructions and I said you can take half a cap and they’ll be one spoon or one full cap and I will be equivalent two spoons. So I decided I’m gonna take a full cap and that I’m not gonna work out and I’m gonna take it at 7 PM. Technically it’s supposed to work after 30 minutes. It took a whole hour for it to work right now. It’s 8:39 PM. I did not work out. I’m just laying in bed and man. I am sweating like crazy. I don’t know what’s going on. I’m gonna keep taking it and let’s hope it works. If it truly end up working, I will change the stores to five but because today is the first I might try it. I’m not gonna give it full five stars till I know that end result.

I’ve bought Alpha Lion Burn2O twice from Amazon (it's a $$ saver here vs the brand website) and it’s become a staple in my routine. I use it as a thermogenic/fat-burner and it actually works! Def more sweating during workouts, better training sessions, and the scale is finally moving down! It tastes great (a little sweet, which I like), no mixing necessary, and comes sealed and well-packaged. No stomach upset or negative side effects for me-unlike other fat burners I tried from places like GNC that made me feel off. I also appreciate that it’s non-stim, so I can stack it with pre-workout, pump products, or an energy drink without overdoing it. I do suggest getting a little measuring cup or marking a cup in your cabinet as the only one down side is that since you are using the lid to measure, the bottle can sometimes get sticky if it runs out of the lid. Other than that it is reliable, easy to take, and effective — highly recommend.

This will give you energy without the nervous jittery feeling. You WILL be sweating. We like the energy it gives us and at the end of the day, we sleep fine.
